Excellent, very clean, good-value pension with extremely friendly and helpful owners. Great location in a character-filled historic house in the quaint old part of the city. Views over town and to the Acropolis from the roof terrace and some rooms. Very quiet. Tasty, abundant breakfast served in the internal garden-courtyard or roof terrace.

Orden is a jewel. He gave excellent advice and helped me out of a couple of jams. He even glued my broken reading glasses. His wife is a terrific cook. Others have written about the breakfasts,so I'll only add that her strawberry jam is good on almost anything.

We spent two nights at the family-run Pergamon Pension, and this is one of the favourite pensions we have stayed in. Close to good eateries and the Red Basilica, walking distance of the Acropolis gondola and a slightly further walk to the Asclepion, this pension is a gem. Our ground floor room was comfortable, good shower and reasonably quiet. The... More

A very clean and well operated Pension with a great breakfast. Close to all restaurants, shops and the Akropolis the English speaking manager and his wife run a fine operation. The roof top terrace was a real bonus in the evening for a quiet drink and view of the city of Bermaga - you will not be disappointed!

This little hotel is very well located in Bergemon, with a view of the Acropolis from terrace roof. It is an old Ottoman house with nice atmosphere. The breakfast is outstanding. Guests have access to small kitchen. The hosts are very friendly and warm.

We spent 2 nights at Pergamon Pension. We stayed in one of the old rooms and it was fantastic. I have always wanted to stay in an old Ottoman house and am so pleased we finally got the chance. The location is excellent, as its within walking distance of the cable way for Pergamon. The owners are charming and really... More

We stayed at this pension and the room and service was excellent. We were very well looked after by the hosts and the wife was an excellent cook putting on a huge homemade breakfast. We will recommend this place to our friends. Thanks again for your hospitality it made our stay very comfortable.

We were travelling around Turkey recently and lucked out when we got a booking at the Pergamon Pension in Bergama. We quickly discovered we'd hit a winner when shown around the property. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable (ask for one in the older section of the pension) the family that runs the place are all super friendly and accommodating,... More

This may have been the best place I stayed in my three weeks in a Turkey. The ambiance of the old Ottoman house and peaceful courtyard are only the beginning. The host family makes you feel very welcome and comfortable and served me the best breakfast I had in Turkey. It's well located for seeing all the historic sites and... More
