We went for Snowboarding vacation. Excellent shuttle service from and to the airport. Great hospitality. Clean rooms. Food was delicious with around 7-10 varieties for main dishes every meal. If I would go again, I would stay in Polat without hesitation.

The bed was hard, but everything else in the room was pretty nice. Service at the bar downstairs was pretty slow and we even had to cancel one of our orders because it was taking so long. The morning breakfast buffet wasn't anything special, but it was a nice upgrade over most European hotels I've stayed at. The staff at... More

Large, well appointed rooms with excellent views. Very good comfortable beds. Everything in the room and bathroom worked properly. Several English channels on the TV. Very good breakfast, and excellent Dinner Buffet with lots of excellent salads, main courses and deserts. The location is great if you are there to ski, but it is at the edge of the city.... More

We arrived late, cold and tired in the dark. It was a lovely surprise the next morning to see the first snow of winter falling onto the nursery ski slopes in front of our room. This is said to be the best ski resort in Turkey. The spacious twin room was very comfortable, clean and modern, the bathroom well fitted... More

Nice large room with great views over city, wifi, kettle and minibar. Stayed one night as part of a tour (with easternturkeytours.org, by the way, excellent tour). We hit unexpected heatwave so rooms were a bit hot and air con poor, but window opened. Great breakfast selection, expensive drinks, decent pool if you have time.

The rooms are clean, large and perfectly banal - pretty standard fare for a large ski resort hotel. The service was perfectly fine. The restaurant, on the other hand, serves pretty poor food - it wasn't awful but it really wasn't good, just on the borderline of "edible". There is nothing particularly good about this place, it's just not bad... More

I spent wonderful vacation over there , i will go next year also. Services are excellent and personels are very attractive. It was not over crowded and we could benefit all of facilities. Well, just back from the hotel. Stayed there for 7 nights over the New year. Rooms are nice and comfortable for 2, but not for 2+2 kids, but again u can manage. The ski routes are great for beginners as well as for the experienced ones. The price for rental of equipment is 40 lira per day, the ski pass... More
