We (2 couples), stayed in Ozbay Hotel in august for 2 nights and had an amazing experience. The Host Mr Ozbay was very friendly and helpful. Apart from the excellent location just next to the ravines, the rooms were comfortable and breakfast wholesome. The only issue we hyad was a weird salty smell in the bathroom. Maybe it was due... We had a wonderful stay at Ozbay Hotel in July. Although we were breaking journey there for just one night on our road trip from Cappadocia to Izmir, we were very happy with the service we received by the family that ran this guest house. We were surprised at how clean our room and toilet were and how attentive our... More

The hotel is located very close to the entrance to the Pamukkale Thermal Waters and the Natural Park. The rooms are very clean and quiet, the breakfast is OK and the staff speaks pretty good English, which was a big surprise.

The hotel is located near the entrance of the Pamukkala Natural Park. They provided useful information about the best time to visit the park. We booked the “Deluxe Suite with balcony” for 4 persons. However, when we arrived, we were told that the shower in the deluxe suite was broken, so we were given two double rooms instead. The next... More

My husband and I and my parents stayed in this hotel for one night in June 2014. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms were clean and modern. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant which is attached to the hotel in the garden area was lovely. The food from the grill was very good... More

We were travelling all around Turkey, by car, and Pamukkale was, of course, one of our stops. The actual spot of Pamukkale is really amazing and a must to see, however the town is horrible. It’s a great example of mass tourism; a bunch of busses with zillions of half-day tourists, awful restaurants (of wholeTurkey, we ate worst here)…. Ozbay... More

Negatives: - Rooms are very small, beds are very big. Homemade bunk beds for kids. - Bed was uncomfortable with springs digging into us. - The entry light has a sensor on it. If you're taller than 5'9" you're feet will trigger the light waking you up constantly. - You have to ask for the AC remotes when you check... More

Actually my friend and I didn't sleep in this hotel, we just ate 2 meals in the restaurant. However when my friend felt sick and need to rest, we asked the manager if they had any free room, they didn't have but he suggested my friend could take a shower in their bathroom and sleep on the sofa. It's so... More
