Positive Modern looks (refurbished) Location Comfortable beds Quiet room (there were signs of construction everywhere around the hotel, but they probably work during the day, when guests are out) Good wifi Amenities in room include fridge, bathrobes(!), safe, flat screen TV. Friendly enough owner & staff The breakfast was simple, but it was served in rounds by a friendly waiter... More

we stayed here one night visiting Pamukkale and the thermal baths. It is situated right opposite the baths. Huge breakfast included, good food. Room was clean adequate and very well priced. We arrived late evening and the owner advised us about getting around and was willing to make arrangements for shuttle. They also offered us showers after thermal baths even... More

During our visit they were doing renovations to the outside garden and walls. The room was clean, roomy and surprisingly bright, and nicely modern furnished! We were very comfortable and I would highly recommend this place. Pamukkale is tiny but it's convenient with the thermal pools pretty much on your doorstep, little snack shops and the food street less than... More

The good thing about the Ozbay Hotel is the location, just a couple of minutes on foot to the entrance of the travertines. We came here in February which is obviously low season, and we got a rather large room, oddly with one single and one double bed, for a really low rate. The room was clean enough. But overall,... Travel date: Feb'15 How to get here: We took night Bus (Metro) from Cappadocia and stop at Pamukkale. Metro Bus will stop you at Denizli, and only tourist will go to Pamukkale. Metro bus will arrange a shutter to Pamukkale. We reached about 6:30 am in the morning at Pamukkale bus station. People at the Metro bus will ask you... More

This hotel is cheap, and in a great location, but the room was covered in mold (see photos)!!! The wallpaper was falling off the walls and there was a large hole plugged with a folded up map. There is no TV in the room and in the bathroom the fixtures are falling off the walls and the shower head did... More

If you want to visit the hot springs and terraces in Pamukkale the location of this hotel is really great since you could basically walk to one of the entrances. However, the room we had here was not that great, since we discovered mold all over the walls. Otherwise, it would have been really nice, because the beds were comfortable,... More

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location within the town. Good value for money. And a welcoming atmosphere to return to and rest after a long day of walking and climbing. We really liked the little courtyard space as well as the dining room where you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea.

In my travels in Turkey this establishment is the best I slept with. Very near the entrance of travertines. What makes this superb is one has the option to splurge and at the same time if you are on backpackers budget they offer a room for that as well. Rooms are clean and it has ensuit bathroom (very impressed). I... More

We were pleasantly surprised, because walking up to the property we were suddenly not quite sure it had been the right decision to book a stay there. But staff were friendly, the room was a lot nicer than we had expected from the outside and it was nice and warm once the heater was on. Breakfast was delicious with a... More
