A manager turns into a Japanese, and it is a very clean hotel now. I recommend it. Both the swimming pool and the guest room are clean. The hot water flows, too.The buffet of the morning was very delicious at night, too.All rooms have the balcony which faced the swimming pool. more

Run down and in need of a refurbishment. The hotel is extremely tatty. Gloomy, run down reception area. The bedrooms are in a block similar to a 1960's Butlins. The bedroom was dark and dinghy. Extremely uncomfortable (hard) bed. Bathroom - grubby, no shower curtain and a small hip bath. Room had a 'grubby' smell. Pool - dull and you... more

The staff is really nice and helpful. clean swimming pool and a pool of thermal water, very relaxing! very close to the travertine and hierapolis. nice place to stay! more

We stayed at the Kocak Hotel as part of our tour. It is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I've travelled quite a bit. The room was dirty and dingy, and the toilet didn't flush.
