We had a room with a nice outlook although it was little on the small side. You can walk up the road to the restaurants and even to the famous Pamukkale lime stone site and the ancient ruins. The breakfast was poor with regards to my taste however I am sure the locals would think it was ok. The staff... More

This hotel is just down the hill from the famous Pamukkale hot springs and limestone hill. It is not so close to the park to have all the traffic noise, so it was very peaceful and enjoyable. We could walk up the hill and get to the park and the commercial properties when we wanted, and did so with great... More

Overall the hotel is in a great location overlooking the taverns. However, the hotel is poorly maintained. Filthy rooms and broken furniture. The breakfast and dinner were less than what a good quality hotel should offer. The staff were also very brittle. Didn't see them smile or be happy even a bit. The hotel needs a lot of improvement in... More

The hotel was 10-15 min walking from the springs The room was strange! The air conditioner was Above the door in a non engineering way! The room size was good , you can see the pool from it and that was a good view , there was an old tv with no minibar, i guess this hotel need some maintenance.... More

The rooms were a good size with charming balconies. The pool large and clean. Wifi limited and the breakfast tired. A pleasant walk from the main part of Pamukkale, however a better accommodation would be advised.

Excellent location but the hotel is poorly maintained. Bathrooms are really outdated. Water of the shower is not flowing away. Room cleaning service consists only of changing towels, beds are not made up ! No elevator available. No help offered to drag suitcases to the room. A triple room was just a tiny double room with an extra bed, leaving... More

This hotel consists of a very nice building with nicely decorated, cosy rooms, a garden and a large pool. So far, so good. But there is just so much stuff that's not working properly or just annoying. The internet is very, very poor. Some of us had a bad smell in the bathroom. The aircon in one of the rooms... More

We were here as part of a group trip. The pool with the bar in the pool was great, but the rooms and the breakfast were pretty terrible. It seemed that the food was from the previous day. It did the job and was in a good spot to explore the calcium formations, but nothing to write home about

The pool was large and fantastic. The rooms had 2 single beds with an old TV and very smelly bathroom. The restaurant had a buffet with poor quality food at 20 euros that was expensive for the area. The hotel was located some distance and downhill from the main site and other restaurants
