Free upgrade to single room due to double booking of dorm. Room was good, though hot water occasionally dropped out, which is quite common in Turkey from my experiences. Breakfast was pretty bad, bread cheese and terrible coffee which I poured two cups because I thought surely I had done something wrong with the first one. The only saving grace... More

Like many, we were drawn to Pamukkale after reading about it in many guidebooks, and drawn to the Artemis Yoruk due to the Lonely Planet listing it as a "Top Spot". I can only assume the LP reviewer was high the duration of his/her stay. This "hotel" is a joke, and Pamukkale itself is little more than a tourist trap.... More

...but at least we had wifi that worked. The room wasn't very clean, it smelled really bad (probably from hours of smoking), we had what you might consider as warm water, very noisy throughout the night but what was the funniest experience was to another couple who had a leak in their ceiling from the evening shower. As they were... More

Yes, the room was way past it's prime, the shower tried to create a travertine of it's own, and the WiFi was flaky. But the location is excellent, the pool nice, the staff friendly, and it's cheap, so i'll give it a 4 out of 5 anyway.

Mixed feelings about this place. On the one hand, it was not expensive and I liked my balcony hidden behind a fig tree on the second floor. On the other hand, the room was really run down (old carpet, broken shower stall), there was unnecessarily loud music playing between 6-10pm and there are better places to eat in town. It... More

We chose this address because it was recommended in the Lonely Planet. The pool is nice, and the staff are friendly. We took a 4 person room - it was ok, but the bathroom smelled a bit and everything was old. For one night, it was fine, we were backpackers who weren't expecting luxury but I've definitely stayed in better/cleaner... More

We arrived in Pamukkale without a hotel reservation, but the Artemis looked very promising when we checked it out on Trip Advisor. The bus dropped us off right at the door of the hotel and our driver assured us that this was the best place in Pamukkale. The lobby seemed rather run down although there were Trip Advisor "Recognition for... More

I loved my stay at Pamukkale. The hotel is in a wonderful location, quiet and the pool is essential in the summer. I loved the free buffet barbecue. I have to add the travelers there were very sociable and helpful giving advice for the next stop. The staff was very friendly and welcoming

The title says it all. Arrived at the hotel, to find that there was no hot water, no electricity in our room. There are a few basic expectations that I have for any accommodation that I visit. I expect that there is a bed, a bathroom (or shared bathroom) available. They delivered on this. There were three beds in our... More

This hotel picks up people from the bus stop and let hem stay in their lobby for free until the other hotels are open. At first I was skeptical but as I watched they were sincere at 8am our pick up arrived. I also booked my tours with them at Hermosa they own was so busy doing everything but my... More
