We chose this hotel as it is close to Hierapolis, the ancient roman hot springs. There is a sign on the main road directing you to the hotel, but as the road was closed by builders, we felt we had taken a wrong turn, so asked, and got sent the wrong direction, only to come back and have to ask... Small family run hotel with great charm and quirky rooms . It has a great pool that was welcome after touring pamukkale and hierapolis. It is in the middle of nowhere but this was not a problem as we had a very good meal in house with a good wine list at excellent prices. Big on charm ,maybe some patience... More

The Melrose House Hotel is an eclectic mix of Turkish decor with over the top European touches that make it fun to explore. Every room seems to be decorated as a honeymoon suite, round beds, velvet, beaded curtains, patterned wallpaper etc. Some parts seem newly renovated, while other rooms, or sections (our bathroom) need a little attention....but hey! For the... More

Though we hardly stayed in this hotel for around 16 hours, we did not have a good experience. It all started with the difficulty of locating the hotel, then we had an issue of water in the bathroom and then the food at the restaurant was bad to say the least. Though there are fewer options in Pamukkale, this one... More

The Melrose is located about a 20min walk from the bottom entrance to the Pamukkale travertines. The rooms are strangely decorated, but are a good size and the bed was comfortable. There is a pool which is great after a hot day of sightseeing. The staff at the Melrose were amazingly helpful and friendly. I would recommend having dinner at... More

Melrose is located a bit away from the center, but within walking distance to all attractions. It has a very nice restaurant with amazing meatballs! The best meatballs i've ever tried. And the staff is very friendly and helpful, i really loved them! The only strange thing were pillows - they are sprayed with a very pungent perfume, don't know... More

We stayed here for a night . My husband and me loved the rooms (attention to small details they have done is beautiful) . Loved the terrace dining as it provides a very romantic view of the limestone terraces of Pamukkale . The hospitality was fantastic , the manager to the person managing food upstairs were so helpful . Look... More

Although not perfect, Melrose House hotel is likely the best option in Pamukkale for those traveling to Pamukkale on their own. Upside: It's just a few minutes drive from the reason to be in Pamukkale, the travertines and Hieropolis. (In fact, you can walk to the lower entrance in about ten minutes, but the upper entrance is a better point... More

A truely lovely little guest house with wonderful hosts. Very clean and friendly. Great food and free shuttle to the Travatines. Booked our bus tickets for us - nothing was too much trouble. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
