Allgau is a respectable little pension with friendly owners which made the stay very enjoyable. The rooms are clean & comfortable with A/C. There is a little pool & the food was very good. The place didn't blow my mind but it's probably one of the best value in Pamukkale, that is, if you need to stay there. The village... more

We are a young American couple that wanted to do lots of sightseeing in our brief time in Turkey. We booked this hotel for about 40 USD (a great deal!) on Expedia. In all, we liked the hotel quite a bit. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious and some had nice views. Everything looked new and tidy, and the... more

We arrived at the hotel to be met and greeted by Mehmet and Immu the owners. They made us feel very welcome and relaxed. The hotel was extremely well kept and spotless, as were the rooms. In the evening we ate at the hotel – the food was fabulous. There were numerous choices and it was absolutely delious! The breakfast... more

It was one of the greatest experiences we had...The owners were so kind and helpful. They gave information about pamukkale and showed the best way to visit the ancient area on a big map by giving all the hints. Since finding english speaking ppl in small places around Turkey can be a problem, you should not worry about it if... more

Best stay of a month long tour of Greece and Turkey. The service was fantastic. We felt really welcomed and comfortable. Management was very helpful, and spoke both English and German. We managed to find the location easily, as there were signs pointing in the right direction. We were also kindly dropped off at the bus station to catch an... more

This was a great hotel. On arrival we were served tea of course, and taken to our rooms that were simple yet very clean. The place has a lot of charm. They have a great outdoor area to drink or eat as well as a glassed restaurant. The owners (husband and wife) live in the building and clearly take great... more

I have to say that I was a bit disappointed with the Allgau: given the tone of the reviews I read on Tripadvisor and my other experiences in Turkey, I was surely expecting more. The check-in process was not that smooth at all: I happened to arrive at 12.30ish, at the same time as two tourist groups and they clearly... more

Spacious, clean, interesting room with a TV (I didn't use) and good staff with good food at the restaurant, great free WiFi connection. Walking distance to travetine pools. I was there as part of an Intrepid small group tour, so not sure about pricing. more
