This hotel is situated just when you arrive in Pamukkale. Good clean rooms with working wifi. They serve good food and breakfast is very good and generous. Pool is also clean. The management is very heplful and nice. They will drive you for free to the south gate of Pamukkale. The city center is some 20 min away walking distance.... More

The hotel is among good options which get in Pamukkale. The hotel is walking distance from Pamukkale. The stay includes complimentary breakfast which is a good spread of breads, spreads, fruits and salads. The hotel offers complimentary drop to the South gate and the staff nicely explains the visit to Pamukkale. The rooms interiors reflect nice and rich Turkish culture.... More

We stayed three nights in the old part. The room was comfortable and had a balcony. The bathroom is badly overdue for an upgrade. Very aware of other guests and noise. Staff very helpful and friendly. We ate there our first evening and the food was very average.

Stopped only the one night when visiting Pammukale. We were very pleasantly supprised as the prices were so reasonable. The rooms were clean and well maintained and I think recently refurbished. All the staff and the owner were extremely helpful and pleasant. We ate there in the evening and the food was of a high quality and well cooked. The... More

We got a room in the new section and it was amazing. Massive room, obviously hadn't quite been finished off - space for a fridge but no fridge, no safe etc. I'm sure these things will be done in no time at all. One of the guys picked us up from the bus station then someone else dropped us at... More

We arrived via bus and they pickup us up for free. Then an hour later drove us (free) to the top of the Hierapolis entrance and dropped us off to walk thru the Hierapolis down to the travertine terraces and back to town. We stayed 2 nights in the new wing, nice and new, lots of marble and quiet. We... More

The Service: Good, the host send us to the entrence for free, and provide clear instruction of Pamukkale. We have very good time in Pamukkale. Thank you. If we back to Pamukkale, we will choose this hotel again. If you have any... More

The entire place itself is quite good but food and service is so-so and the manager is dodgy. The manager offered to drive us over to a ticketing centre for buses/train to Selcuk which actually turned out to be a travel/tours agency that sells guided tours and bus tickets at ripoff rates. We ended up buying the overpriced tickets because... More

The hotel was beautifully decorated from the luxurious room with marble floors to the reception area decorated with traditional Turkish furnishings. Delicious food for breakfast and in the restaurant which was a real bonus after a long days' travelling. The hotel was kind enough to drive us up to the top of the travertine terraces so we could make our... More
