This hotel is reasonably sized yet it has a homely feel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We were given a lift up to the travertines, and also to the bus stop when we left. Our economy room was well sized and very clean. Breakfast is fairly good - a selection of cereals, cheeses, olives, eggs, dried and fresh... More

The staff at the Venus Hotel was so very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Any questions we had about how to accomplish our goals for the day were answered kindly and with great information. A family-run lodging facility; you will appreciate the warmth you feel from the owners. The room was great; tidy, spacious and draped windows that let filtered light... More

Staff is kind to help us slove problems and picked up us to the north entry of limestone park in the morning when we want to go. It's a quiet and nice place, breakfast is also excellent. But there are something I think they can do better : 1. Shower space in three single beds room is too crowded. 2.... More

We stayed at the Venus based on TripAdvisor reports and a friend's recommendation. The reception was warm and the restaurant food absolutely excellent, but the two beds in our room need replacing, as they sag dramatically in the middle. The shower doors, despite being closed carefully, leaked a ton of water on the floor.

This is really a charming hotel, almost like being in a private home, though larger. The staff were all super nice and accommodating. The owner's husband took my wife and me twice up to the best entrance to the travertines, and, when it was time to leave for Antalya, the staff even figured out the best bus connection and delivered... Traveled there with a friend and we both found the place very good. It has a 'homey' feel to it and the staff were very accomodating; staff even arranged to drop us off to Hierapolis/ Pamukkale. Rooms were clean and the heater works very well. We stayed for only a night because of our itinerary but if we had a... More

We planned to stay one night, but bEcause we had some extra time we stayed 3 nights. Mehmet gave us a ride to the top of the Pamukkale hill two days. This puts you at the ancient town of Hieropolis with it's stunning ruins, and then allows the walk down the saucer-shaped travertines (or terraces, as they're also called) that... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night of our 10 day trip to Turkey. We drove our rental car to Pamukkale and once we reached the town (which is pretty tiny) there were signs everywhere pointing the way to the hotel, and we were able to park right outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly, our room... More

Venus hotel is a family run business. Overall, the place was clean but dated. The restaurant appears to feed family and guests, food was somewhat bland. The service was reasonable but some unfriendly remarks were made by the initial check in man about Americans in response to my comment that we had been worried about traveling with the news (Twitter... When you walk into the hotel you cannot help but be impressed with the beautiful decor and welcoming atmosphere. We arrived very early in the morning and ended up having breakfast which was fantastic!! Although they were fully booked form the previous night the owner had us in our rooms by 9.30 - what great service. The owner drove us... More
