Room is clean with just enough amenities. Good shower. Room is not big, but they got a very nice common area - indoor and outdoor by the pool to chill out. I also had a good walk from hotel into town and up Pamukkale for the sunset which is very nice. Heard that their restaurant is also good but I... More

A great hotel and atmosphere. We wanted to stay away from cookie cutter hotels and go with more of a B&B type stay with a Turkish atmosphere and locals; Venus hotel exceeded that expectation. We arrived to adequate road side parking where we were promptly greeted by the owner whom took our bags and escorted us inside. Our three kids... More

The Venus hotel was a pleasant surprise. As we drove through the village of Pamukkale we were a bit concerned but upon pulling up to the front of the pension we were comforted by the warm and clean look of the exterior and upon entering the lobby the Turkish decor was appealing. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and... More

Exceeded expectations. We got a lift to the south gate if the travetines, they also helped organise our bus to fethiye. The most amazing food, best in turkey. The local trout was brilliant and well served, food bit expensive but offset by the reasonable cost of the room.

This hotel is reasonably sized yet it has a homely feel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We were given a lift up to the travertines, and also to the bus stop when we left. Our economy room was well sized and very clean. Breakfast is fairly good - a selection of cereals, cheeses, olives, eggs, dried and fresh... More

The staff at the Venus Hotel was so very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Any questions we had about how to accomplish our goals for the day were answered kindly and with great information. A family-run lodging facility; you will appreciate the warmth you feel from the owners. The room was great; tidy, spacious and draped windows that let filtered light... More

Staff is kind to help us slove problems and picked up us to the north entry of limestone park in the morning when we want to go. It's a quiet and nice place, breakfast is also excellent. But there are something I think they can do better : 1. Shower space in three single beds room is too crowded. 2.... More

We stayed at the Venus based on TripAdvisor reports and a friend's recommendation. The reception was warm and the restaurant food absolutely excellent, but the two beds in our room need replacing, as they sag dramatically in the middle. The shower doors, despite being closed carefully, leaked a ton of water on the floor.

This is really a charming hotel, almost like being in a private home, though larger. The staff were all super nice and accommodating. The owner's husband took my wife and me twice up to the best entrance to the travertines, and, when it was time to leave for Antalya, the staff even figured out the best bus connection and delivered... Traveled there with a friend and we both found the place very good. It has a 'homey' feel to it and the staff were very accomodating; staff even arranged to drop us off to Hierapolis/ Pamukkale. Rooms were clean and the heater works very well. We stayed for only a night because of our itinerary but if we had a... More
