The service is what gives this hotel a pleasant experience. We spent 2 nights here and the family run hotel grew on us. Usually we stay at more commercial hotels so when we first arrived it was difficult to get used to. The rooms are very clean and private, but you can hear some noise as others enter and leave... We called the day before to ask on how to get to the hotel from the bus station, the guy was very helpful and even adviced us on the tourist traps that we might be in for when we get there. The guy gave us very good advice on what to do and how to go about going around Pamukkale.... More

Nice family run place that did the trick for our 2 day stay. It isn’t the Ritz but good value for a basic hotel. There was a bit of noise at night at times as there’s a bar close by. But bed was comfy and staff were helpful. Great location as Pamukkale thermal pools and ruins a short walk away.... More

we stayed here one night in November. The staff makes this place - very friendly and helpful. We got a back bedroom without much of a view. But it was really big....this was hands down the value for money. We give this a 5 rating because of the quality for the money. We had dinner in the hotel, and it... More

A brilliant base for the historic site at Pammukale. A very Turkish hotel in. A quiet street. Very clean and well presented. We had one of the top rooms with the best view over the valley. Staff were so polite and helpful and the food simple and very tasty Turkish. This looked like one of the best options in the... More

Pickings were a bit slim in Pamukkale, and while this hotel is not perfect, I think it is probably the best option (and way cheaper than what we paid in other tourist areas of Turkey). The best thing was the nice team of people managing the hotel. They were helpful, advised us about bus options, dropped us off at the... More

I found this hotel to be very nicely appointed and well maintained. Good hot shower. Charming decor. It is a bit farther away from the Pammukale travertine terraces. About 10 minutes extra walk as compared to some of the closer hotels and well worth the extra walk.

The owner is a nice gentleman who goes out of his way to assist you in your daily excursions. The clay pot meal is worth a try! Overall a nice relaxing experience .. would definitely recommend to visit.

The hotel had a lovely and modern room with a lovely jacuzzi. We stayed in room no 68 which was very comfortable. The hotel staff allowed us an early check in and gave us a lift to the Pamukkale thermal terraces and Hierapolis which was very well appreciated.

We were given a room which was very comfortable and very clean. The hotel was just short walk to the center of the town if you wanted to eat out but oddly we had the feeling from the staff when we did this that we should have eaten in their hotel restaurant. Maybe our imagination maybe not.
