I honestly don't see what there is to whinge about. It's an excellent hotel and worthy of it's 5 star rating. Having read previous and most recent reviews, I was rather skeptical about this hotel and tried to lower my expectations as advised by my Turkish friend. So I was pleasantly surprised! Here's my take: 1. First of all, you... More

This hotel is absolutely not a five star hotel. Far from two star. Very bad hotel room, old furniture, untidy beds, not working tv. The dinner is between 19:00-22:00 but when we went to restaurant at 21:10 , they said there is no food, its closed. Very poor breakfast like one star breakfast. Rude workers. They even dont hesitate to... More

We stayed here with a tour group. Our room was miles from reception. Not a good start. It is easy to get lost. The room was tired and unloved. The wi-fi didn't work at all. The staff were overwhelmed by the numbers. The food was worse than RyanAir's food. The waiters in the aircraft hanger that doubled up as a... More

we were here with a tour group... needless to say, it's a good thing we were here for only 1 night. the food is all the same in these hotels that cater to bus loads so definitely not good. the rooms are worn and definitely need some TLC. We did use the spa and got a great Turkish Massage which... More

The entrance and foyer of the hotel was excellent and gave the feeling of 5 star hotel, but the rooms were very poor, beds were shabbily made, the bath room was the worst area in the room, the toilet seat was broken, the shower head did not fit the fittings as the shower was hanging off and the water just... We arrived at night just trying to catch up with our tour group and its dinner time. You'll be met with a guy who don't speak much english but led us immediately to the dining area for dinner. The room was filled with tourists, the buffet area is big enough to accommodate about 100 people. The food was regular, nothing... More

The grounds of this hotel are very pretty, and it's close to Pamukkale and ancient Hieropolis. But the room was pretty basic and worn, and the bed was uncomfortable. The staff were fine; the food wasn't memorable.

Quiet, good hotel with good SPA, and good food and service. Esapecially the warm, red water from underground was a positiv experience. Try to stay for minimum 2 days if possibble, this place is worth it.

If you love some peace and quiet after a tumultuous stay in Istanbul, then this little hotel is the place to be. Although it may be a little too low-key for some folks, the hotel embodies what the Pamukkale region is famous for: hot mineral springs and (of course) Dr. Fish. The waters contain about 14 different minerals, so the... More

We were happy with the thermal pool but that was about it! Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable, the breakfast was ok not fantastic, they charged extra for water and as you can't drink the hotel water it really should be included in the price. We had a triple room and had to ask twice for an extra towel, cup etc.The... More
