Nice pool. The thermal pool is okay. Just note, there is a safe in the room but it doesn't work. There is also a mini fridge where there are drinks as a "mini bar." There is no official lock on the door. The door is just the handle and a chain that will do little for the effectiveness of security.... More

This hotel has nothing going for it really. It obviously survives from bus group business and the result is a hectic, noisy experience for everyone. If you like strangers walking into your not-particularly-clean room, choose this hotel. If you like tour guides knocking on every door in the hotel wing at 5am because they can't find someone, choose this hotel.... More

Lycus River Hotel in Pamukkale. The rooms were nice (standard room) but roomy. Wifi not good in rooms - actually had to go outside or to lobby to access complimentary wireless. Beautiful lobby and grounds. We did not rate the value of the hotel as it was included in our tour. The buffet area was hot, crowded and food not... More

As reviewed by others the room is clean but basic. The is no safe in the hotel. I didn't spend time at the thermal pool however friends from the group who did developed eye and toe infection the next day. Pls note that the tap water is not drinkable and bottled water served at dinner table at the hotel is... More

A modern hotel mainly geared to groups. We stayed one night to visit the Pamukkale site. The room was fine quite modern and clean. The staff were badly in need of a customer orientation course. They were miserable, and at times unpleasant very untypical of what we found elsewhere in Turkey. The Pool facilities were good. Dinner was designed for... More

Clean and comfortable best describes this hotel. There are no frills, except a bar fridge and a safe in the rooms. However you don't spend much time in the room as there is a thermal hot pool that flows inside and outside. The water has a lot of minerals including iron in it. However the highlight of this hotel has... More

Very tired hotel that is desperate need of a makeover. Outdoor buffet was good but the breakfast was terrible. How could you bring a dish straight from the kitchen and it be cold & if it was supposed to be cold why put it on a warmer. Lucky we were only staying one night. Not the best service we have... More

Stayed here 1 night, supposed to be the best in the area, thank heavens it was only 1 night, rooms smallish, bathroom with shower over bath which leaked everywhere, we used all towels and pool towels to mop up, pool large and enjoyable after a long day, buffet by the pool okay but not fantastic.

This hotel has a nice layout and the rooms were decent but the really great part is the mineral pools! There is an indoor/outdoor pool that is absolutely wonderful. We also did the Mr Fish thing which was very cool - try it. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the horrible food. I barely ate anything while we were... More

Hotel used as part of a package with RSD Lycus trip. Room good and bathroom, Dinner was a buffet, starters very good, main course limited choice what was available was well cooked but lacked imagination. Again deserts looked very good on arrival but if you take your time over dinner and enjoy the company of other dinners you are to... More
