This is a large hotel in Pamukkale & many tour groups stay here so it tends to be busy at peak times. Good spread of food at dinner & breakfast. Has thermal pools for the interested. Standard size room with modern facilities. The Dervish Foundation is less than 5 minutes walk away & they have paid demonstrations in the evenings.

The room was clean and fairly roomy. The bathroom especially the shower was a little tight. Staff was nice. We had free WiFi. It was not fast but good enough. Meals were buffet and offered a wide selection. It was a good location for the thermal baths and local sights.

Just didn't have another option since this hotel was included in the tour package. If I did have an option to choose, I'd rather not stay here. Room & bathroom was small but with some wiggle room to move around. Breakfast & dinner option were included and was better than the usual with a good amount of food items to... More

We had a family room with a small balcony. The downstairs area was tried and dark but overall it had space. Our bedroom was up a flight of timber stairs that lead to a large bedroom with ensuite. Downstairs 2 single beds with t.v and the balcony, The only bathroom was in our bedroom upstairs. Which really is strange if you... More

Definitely a favourite for bus tours. Some parts of the property could definitely do with a bit of tlc, particularly the rooms. The beds aren't the most comfortable, but I did sleep following a long day of travelling, and bathrooms are compact! The pool and thermal springs areas are much better, especially if you wait till the evening when the... More

The best part is the thermal pool. If you are here, don't miss a dip at any cost. It's a smallish kind of a boutique hotel. The staff were helpful, the food was good. In fact you don't have any alternatives here that are close to the facilities offered here. And the hotel staff are aware of it. So if... More

On entering hotel you see a wonderful reception area. The fireplace and seating very comfortable. But the rooms are tired and need to be refurbished . The beds are like bricks , bathroom just can't describe but not a good standard . Towels ! Drinks quite expensive .

Very bad, don't recommend at all. Bathrooms mold, erroded wood frames of the door of the room. Smell coming from toliet. No desk, no chair, small rooms, shampoo very little and no conditioner. Shower head won't open from top, difficult to operate. Thermal bath was ok they don't warn you on the wall not to put your head in apparently... More

Nice looking hotel that caters to tour groups. The wife went to the thermal pool and though it was fun. I Tried the Dr. Fish with her this was a lot of fun our feet felt great for days. The dinner and breakfast were ok but not fantastic. . Overall, OK, but glad we were there only one night. It... More

Okay, there a lot of facilities, spa, thermal bath, Turkish bath, but... It was very crowded hotel, even restaurant are full of people, just like a market, not a hotel, now move to the room, no elevator, room are small, and cheapo, cheap material, and even they don't have a table whoosh, a balcony, yes, but... It was face to... More
