This hotel was rubbish . The rooms were sub standard with old an warn out furniture. The air conditioning was virtually none existent . Outdoor buffet was a joke. The food was of low standard. They was not much food left for breakfast . The pool was dirty. The thermal pool was muddy. I would recommend to avoid at all... More

Not even rated as 3 stars.. Rooms are small and bathroom is rusty. Restaurant has cats walking around. A small bottle od water cost 5 TL.. Pirates. Only good thing is the thermal pool. Nice for relaxing.

We arrived in the late afternoon and were delighted with our comfortable room at Lycus River Hotel. It caters for bus-loads of tourists, so expect plenty of people. The evening meal was served out-doors near the pool area: fantastic environment and wonderful food! Staff were attentive and friendly. Didn't visit the spa but had a fairly early night as we... More

Hotel is situated in Karahyat and not in Pamukkale. It's about 15 mins away from the town by minibus. We had a good experience with the hotel. We took a spa package which was great -Turkish bath and scrub, massage and face pack for 50€. We also used the pools which we enjoyed thoroughly. The rooms were really average specially... More

This hotel has some very POSITIVE points: First of all, it was very quiet! I slept well here. The shower has good water pressure. The thermal spas were great. Don't be turned off by the brownish color as that comes from the minerals. There is a little 'hill' in the middle, and you can sit around it with your feet... More

Nice pool. The thermal pool is okay. Just note, there is a safe in the room but it doesn't work. There is also a mini fridge where there are drinks as a "mini bar." There is no official lock on the door. The door is just the handle and a chain that will do little for the effectiveness of security.... More

This hotel has nothing going for it really. It obviously survives from bus group business and the result is a hectic, noisy experience for everyone. If you like strangers walking into your not-particularly-clean room, choose this hotel. If you like tour guides knocking on every door in the hotel wing at 5am because they can't find someone, choose this hotel.... More

Lycus River Hotel in Pamukkale. The rooms were nice (standard room) but roomy. Wifi not good in rooms - actually had to go outside or to lobby to access complimentary wireless. Beautiful lobby and grounds. We did not rate the value of the hotel as it was included in our tour. The buffet area was hot, crowded and food not... More

As reviewed by others the room is clean but basic. The is no safe in the hotel. I didn't spend time at the thermal pool however friends from the group who did developed eye and toe infection the next day. Pls note that the tap water is not drinkable and bottled water served at dinner table at the hotel is... More
