After a 10 hour bus ride from Cappadocia to Pamukkale, you could not believe our excitement to finally go to the highly rated Richmond hotel.. since we'd heard good things about this hotel all we could do was be excited for a chill at the pool and a well deserved nap, since we're in a good hotel, right? WRONG.. To... More

Our tour was here in October and our guide mentioned that the walk into town was less than 15 minutes. Was able to purchase a plush white Turkish robe in one of the shops for under $20. As for the hotel, the rooms were at the bottom of all the seven hotels that we stayed at during our trip. Appears... More

My wife and I stayed one night in this hotel in Oct 2014 as part of a package tour to Turkey and Israel. The room is good and clean. Plenty of food is provided in the dining room during buffet dinner time. The location of the hotel allows easy travel to famous sites in Pamukkule and Laodicea.

If I could, I would rate this hotel a 2.5. It is shabby and outdated. The room was very simply furnished. The paint was peeling on the windows. We were told to not push in the button on the door knob when we left the room or the key wouldn't work upon returning to the room. There is a refrigerator/bar... More

This is a large hotel with thermal and non-thermal pools. The room is clean and modern, though a bit small. I brought a tour group here and they seemed happy enough. The dining room provides plenty of food and the lobby is spacious. Also, a good base to explore Pamukkale, Hierapolis, Laodicea, and Colossae.

We were on a conducted tour of Turkey and stayed at this hotel Oct. 16. Our group were given low end rooms on the ground floor. The room was reasonably clean, but in serious need of upgrading. No bathroom amenities were provided, shower head leaked badly. Bed was rock hard and air conditioning did not function. Bed was fitted with... More

This was the 4th hotel we stayed in on our tour of turkey & another tired & dated hotel in need of bringing into the 21st century. Our room 3015 was on an extremely long corridor with little lift access. The room itself was very dated but was clean & tidy & as we were only stopping 1 night was... More

For many years, we have stopped at this hotel on our way to Antalya and back. We are always happy that the rooms ar always ready, clean and functional. They have a beautiful large outdoor pool in addition to the indoor thermal pool. We enjoy this place because check-in is easy and the rooms have excellent lighting and great showers.... More

Our one night stay at this hotel would have been a pleasant one, if we were not hassled during our check-in. We booked a room using the reservation and booking system on the hotel's web site. As usual and similar with other booking systems, we received an e-mail confirmation stating the total price for the room reserved for 2 adults... More

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the area. The hotel is located outside of Pamukkale so you are a bit isolated (having no car). The hotel seemed a bit dated. The rooms were average, beds ok. The hotel staff were accommodating to us with our request for additional pillows. We enjoyed the pool area, thermal pool and hot... More
