Like others have said, thankfully it was only for one night. Barely sufficient rooms, average cleanliness. While they had four people at the front desk, only one spoke English - a courteous smile however was not a trait shared by any of them. The restaurant is more like a mess hall and the service was similar. They take away the... More

As many of the other reviewers have mentioned, this is an acceptable place for a one night stay. Service given by the reception and restaurant staff is appalling. The reception staff seems annoyed when you ask for details and information and also are very unhelpful. Me and another friend went for a spa treatment ( Which was good), and was... More

I am sure that this hotel only survives because of its situation!! Fortunately, like many other reports, it was only a one-night stay that had to be endured. It looks good on arrival but things go downhill after that. The rooms were not clean and had torn bed sheets on the beds. Our room had a number of metal studs... More

Relatively comfortable bed, average Hotel presentation but the food offered was abysmal. Buffet food was tasteless and staff were non-existent. Indoor Thermal pool was nice - wish I had have known beforehand and packed swimmers instead of having to buy a pair. Wi-fi non existent. Not recommended

We spent there one night during our trip to Pamukkale. The building wing where we our room was located, was recently renovated. No balcony in the room, view to the backyard. Food choice at breakfast and dinner was poor. Wifi didn't work. Inside swimming-pool seems dirty, but it is only because there is natural thermal water in it. Well, it... More

From the outside, the hotel looks nice, but our room was really not well prepped. It'd be suffice to say that, it's as if we got the worst room in the whole hotel, some of the amenities within the room have not been well maintained. Buck up.

Of all the hotels on our tour this was the most disappointing it was supposed to be a 5 star but whilst the lobby and some areas gave the appearance of 5 star everything else was not. Our room was shabby and the air conditioning didn't work there was a balcony that was so small that even if they had... More

3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 5, 2015

the hotel has some aspects of being a 4 star property, but currently doesn't meet that. the rooms were clean, but some of the fixtures were in need of TLC. Food was good (buffet style) with good variety. The indoor thermal pool was good. We were there in the off-season, and there were some renovations in progress, but overall that... More

It is an old hotel and far from the so-called star hotel. The room is poorly decorated. There is no complimentary water in the room, no coffee maker. The sound from the neighbour room can be heard loudly. The restaurant buffet tastes bad. And the staff could be more friendly. It seems that customer is not their first priority.
