Ayapam Hotel was clean, neat, and quiet. Rooms are white -- nothing on the walls, and plain white bedclothes. The only decorations in the hotel are small prints all hung above eyelevel. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was good. Service in the dining area was exceptional. The exterior of the hotel has peeling paint/plaster so some maintenance is needed. There... More

This hotel is not very closed to Pamukkale but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel n the Pamukkale tour that the staffs recommended was really a good deal, we paid lot cheaper than any others. Breakfast and dinner are included , dinner was huge portion, they let us use the room to take a shower after... More

Before we left I read the reviews on this hotel with mixed reaction, some were good but others pretty average. We are expat australians who live in turkey and all of our children travelled from Australia for Christmas. One place that we saw as a must to take them was to Pamukkale and we don't regret it, they loved it.... More

We have stayed in this hotel one night, so my review will be quick, the room was clean and nice, we found everything prepared when we arrived including the baby coat. The receptionist was nice and helpful and gave us good reception specially that we had arrived after bad experience with our tour agency (Mislina Travel) which I advise not... More

A charmless, soulless motel type structure. The front desk staff was ok, but not nearly as helpful as other staff in hotels throughout our four weeks in Turkey. We had originally booked a standard room for 70 euros incuding breakfast and dinner, We found this room and bathroom to be annoying small. The hotel was empty so I asked the... More

The Ayapam is described as a 'boutique' hotel, which it isn't- rather a modern block round an attractive pool. From the roof terrace there's a good view of the amazing white terraces of Pamukkale. The 'welcome' was the least good in any hotel we stayed. The room was basic but had all essentials, once we had moved some plastic chairs... More

Although the main pic here might give you a too positive impression, it is actually not wrong, it just presents the hotel in a very favorable way. It is 1 km from the main attraction, so away from the crowds, with free parking, free internet (working well in the lobby, at the pool and in the room), a pool and... More

I stayed overnight at this hotel, before visiting the sights in Pamakkule the following day. On arrival a young boy from the hotel came out to assist us with our bags and escorted us to the check-in desk. We were checked in and whilst we waited 5 mins or so until the room was ready, the receptionist provided us with... More

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the pool was a wonderful retreat at the end of the day. The staff went out of their way to help with transfers etc and the rooftop terrace has great views, not only to the travertines, but out to the country side. If you want to see a Pamukkale sunset, this terrace is... More

Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ayapam Hotel. The pool was clean and inviting after the heat of the day, the staff were very friendly and helpful as we arranged airport and bus transfers, and the buffet style meals provided (breakfast and dinner) were very well done. They even organised a surprise birthday cake... More
