Stayed here for 1 night in late August. unfortunately very disappointed by this hotel. Room was dirty. It had a horrible muggy smell which eventually went away after we turned the air on. Shower curtain in the bathroom smelled really bad as well. But the worse of all was that we woke up to our room filled with red ants.... More

We stayed in this hotel as part of a tour package, so I don't know what it cost. But after a long, hot day of summer traveling (90+ temperatures and very high humidity), this place was a welcome oasis. The rooms were lovely, the layout easy to navigate, and the pool/patio area was just lovely. My granddaughter swam with me... More

its not a bad hotel, but it is a big lifeless one. There is no nice atmosphere to be found, except at the pool which is of good size, and has bar and they play Turkish music all day. :) The pool is the only asset to this hotel. The rooms are basic nothing special. There is a water kettle,... More

The rooms were sparsely furnished , foul odour from the bathroom , we arrived without a reservation and they had rooms , the hotel seemed to cater for large groups. The buffet dinner variety was poor for example warm smoked mackerel ! Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast Buffet again poor. Would not recommend unless no other rooms available. Receptionist... More

While the public areas (pool, lobby, etc.) look wonderful, the hallways and rooms appear to have been appointed on a strict budget, and the carpets, upon closer inspection, make you want to keep your socks on. WiFi is really only available in the lobby, which can complicate bookings, confirmations, etc. for travellers. A belly dancer provided some spice to the... More

Of all the hotels we stayed in while in Turkey, this was the worst. The outdoor pools were green and uninviting. The indoor pool was very small. The food was not good, and there was no water for drinking available, unless you bought it. I suggest finding a different place to stay while in this area.

The one positive thing about this hotel is its location, right at the foot of the cotton clouds and generally in a peaceful non noisy environment. The second good thing is the spa, both the attendants as well as the massage itself were very good. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but the outdoor dinner burger with the... More

Rooms just OK but dining room and food a disaster. Tour company had booked us for dinner and breakfast. Dinner buffet fairly basic but as we were fairly late eating gave them the benefit of doubt. Breakfast the worst we had in 3 weeks in Turkey. If you have a choice; don't stay here.

The Tripolis location to the terraces is excellent, we chose a room down the back away from the driveway after reading previous reviews. We swam in both the outdoor and heated pools, our room was clean and adequate. I cannot really find fault with the hotel, it was what we had expected from reviews. What we didn't like was the...
