Four of us stayed here for one night in August. First impressions were good - they had a very nice reception area and pool area. Then it changed - the accommodation was like a Premier Inn and the whole place was soulless and could have been anywhere. It's outside the town and all the other hotels seem much closer to... More

I went to this hotel on a special occasion and with a special price. Nevertheless, I didn't keep a good memory of it. Every day several busses come to visit the pools of Pamukkale and they stay only one night: so, the waiters are bored to fce them and never smiling (only one guy at the reception xas...). Room are... We had a room on the ground floor, no carrying our bags up and down stairs fortunately. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice and spacious. Small balcony was the only reliable spot in the room for WIFI, everywhere else it would drop out or not even connect. Beds, were comfortable and not "short sheeted". The... More

This is a newer hotel, which is out of town. You will enjoy the modern room with a fantastic view of the “Cotton Castle” - one caveat is that you should NOT get a room on the 3rd floor of any of the buildings; they are smaller and have sloped ceilings. The pools are excellent - warm, clean water and... More

We stayed for 1 night and want a room with a king's bed. Didn't liked very much the room given, far from the reception we were in a separated building in a second floor witout elevator so had to climb the stairs with my heavy luggage. Restaurant variety was fine but the drinks were paid out of the menu and... More

Hotel was clean and accessible for my girlfriend who is partially sighted, food was buffet style but this was was explained to us by our tour guide. Would stay in this hotel again if visiting Pamukkale.

This hotel is used for the large tour groups. Big on buffet dinner, the food was nice but feels a bit like a food court rather than a restaurant. Breakfast was average and finishes early due to the hotel catering to large bus tours and their early departure. The spa was great.

The hotel is new, very clean and has if I remember correctly 4 pools -- two outdoors (adult and children), and one indoors by the spa in Block C and another spring water pool in Block E which was unfortunately closed when I was there. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool which had an amazing view of the Traventines. It's situated... More

Average hotel in Pamukkale. We stayed here for a night so was all right. They have a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and an other warm water pool. Its walking distance to the Hierapolis. This hotel is value for money. Good for the price, Breakfast and dinner is included.

I stayed at this hotel in june when visited Pamukkale, the hotel is located far from centre of town. The room had the walls dirty , the bathroom was terrible with shower licking water all over the bathroom, with electrical socket hanging on the wall. There was no internet in room and room was very noisy. The restaurant was poor,... More
