We stayed here as part of a tour group. The view of the spring is magnificent from our roof window? Our room is situated on the top floor. Hence, the space is pretty cramped. I am only 5ft5", I bumped my head countless times in the room and pretty much had ti crawl to get my things in the bag.... More

Our January tour round Turkey and ultimately to Pamukkale was heavenly! We arrived the beautiful city at about 5.30 am and was received by a warm elderly man who took us to stop-gap hotel since the Tripolis Hotel don't take in visitors till about noon. We freshened up and had breakfast at this small hotel - which was paid for... More

We stayed here as part of a tour group and arrived earlier than the tour but the receptionist could not find our booking. Once we finally got into our room it was ok, nothing to write home about! The wifi is incredibly slow and our heat pump didn't work at all. The restaurant food was adequate - nothing amazing. The... More

I dont know how this hotel can get like an average 4star. Maybe because its new and has alot of amenities like a pool and spa compared to other hotels? But still cant understand. This hotel is pretty much marketed for big group tourists like the chinese and koreans (im a korean myself, no offense) and i think that is... More

This hotel is the favourite of tour groups. That means even people going on private tours are herded into this hotel. Having so much custom makes the receptionist etc.extraordinarily rude. Rudeness is also a problem in the dining room if you are not part of a large tour group. The hotel rooms are small and there is no elevator. This... More

Pros: the hotel is located near Pammukale, in the middle of nowhere (which means it is quiet), it has a nice spa and a very nice thermal pool (open long at night, which had not been the case in so many other hotels!), and the food is not bad. Oh, and it is the only Turkish hotel where guests had... More

Hotel location is excellent for the limestone view. The hotel hot spring spa is lovely and the amenities are good. However the rooms are badly designed. No drawers. No bedside lights and very cramped. No toiletries in the bathroom apart from soap. The restaurant is downstairs and no lift. Disabled visitors would not cope here.

We were booked into this hotel as part of a 5 star eight day package tour visiting ancient christian sites in Turkey; the hotel has blocks connected by walkways open to the elements, the hotel is noisy with very little sound proofing, constant sounds from the corridors, slamming doors, you can overhear conversations in the surrounding rooms, the entry doors... We spent only one night. It is a old hotel from 80s maybe, neevrtheless is very handy to visit Pamukkale and Hierapolis. The food is nice and the facilities include spa, sauna, message, and doctor fish, but only the swimming pool is for free.

I came here in December 2014. Yes, the room is cold when you arrive...they seem to leave the doors open a lot. You can just turn on the heat in the room and it's fine after. Dinner and breakfast were great, both were buffets. Not sure about the waiters taking the plates prematurely, I didn't have any issues with that.... More
