This hotel is used for the large tour groups. Big on buffet dinner, the food was nice but feels a bit like a food court rather than a restaurant. Breakfast was average and finishes early due to the hotel catering to large bus tours and their early departure. The spa was great.

The hotel is new, very clean and has if I remember correctly 4 pools -- two outdoors (adult and children), and one indoors by the spa in Block C and another spring water pool in Block E which was unfortunately closed when I was there. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool which had an amazing view of the Traventines. It's situated... More

Average hotel in Pamukkale. We stayed here for a night so was all right. They have a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and an other warm water pool. Its walking distance to the Hierapolis. This hotel is value for money. Good for the price, Breakfast and dinner is included.

I stayed at this hotel in june when visited Pamukkale, the hotel is located far from centre of town. The room had the walls dirty , the bathroom was terrible with shower licking water all over the bathroom, with electrical socket hanging on the wall. There was no internet in room and room was very noisy. The restaurant was poor,... More

The only 2 good point: cotton castle view in some room, indoor & outdoor swimming pool Location is bad, far away from town center. This force you to stay at hotel for breakfast & dinner. The buffet food is terrible. Drink need extra pay, even water is not free. Food taste is awful and flies are all over the food.... More

A large property, right next to the Cotton Castles, the place has potential to be the place to stay in Pamukkale. Unfortunately, disinterested staff that will cater only to large tour groups has made this a place I would not recommend to small families/ couples. A cheesy "belly dancer", breakfast that consisted of burnt omelettes and bugs crawling on the... More

The hotel is very nice, there are 3 swimming pools, the biggest one is great. The rooms have a lot of space, clean and very comfortable and the stuff is helpful and friendly .The view to Pamukkale is absolutely gorgeous . Nice place to stay.

We visited Pamukkale in the ocassion of a friends wedding, the hotel was confortable, the gardens and pool are very nice, it has an indoor pool anda SPA. Breakfast was abundant. The hotel has a view towards the white rock formation that creates the blue pools. The view is espectacular. The rooms are big and bathrooms are O.K. There is... More

Every tour group must stop here because it is the only hotel in the area. Located quite far from any amenities but the view of the water terrace was great. There was a small waterpark nearby, but I think it only opens during summer. The main attraction is the thermal pool, very relaxing during cold weather. Also gpt indoor and... More

The room is clean and big, comfortable mattress. Love the indoor hot pool and traditional hammam. Too bad we arrived quite late already and spent a rush night so could not really explore the hotel more. They served lots of dishes but some tasted so sweet, some too salty and some was plain. We got no choice than have to... More
