Pamukkale is a small town. It is famous of the Hierapolis and the Pamukkale Hotspring Terrace. The Hotel was chosen for us by Chora Travel. It has very nice view to the Pamukkale Hot Spring Terraces. The room was OK and well equipped. However, most of the hotel staff do not speak English and were not cooperative. The breakfast was... More

I had a few questions About My reservation so I called the reception of Tripolis and try to explain everything, there were 2 receptionists, the girl I was talking to didnt understand anything! She started to get rude and very impolite, cursing in her language all the time and laughing her costumar out with the other staffmembers! The service is... More

The Hotel does have a beautiful outdoor area/lawn, pools ( indoor & out door) and decent spa facilities however the rooms are horrible and crying for refurbishment, the food was bad and absolutely cold the F&B staff & Chefs were least bothered about how the food or service was... There was no drinking water in the room or minibar and... More

Reasonable room but looking a bit tired. Bar prices expensive even for 4 star hotel and all in Euro's ! We enjoyed the spa facilities and staff there were very attentive and helpful which unfortunately was not reflective of the rest of the hotel. The hotel must be congratulated on being able to process over 10 large buses a night.... More

Four of us stayed here for one night in August. First impressions were good - they had a very nice reception area and pool area. Then it changed - the accommodation was like a Premier Inn and the whole place was soulless and could have been anywhere. It's outside the town and all the other hotels seem much closer to... More

I went to this hotel on a special occasion and with a special price. Nevertheless, I didn't keep a good memory of it. Every day several busses come to visit the pools of Pamukkale and they stay only one night: so, the waiters are bored to fce them and never smiling (only one guy at the reception xas...). Room are... We had a room on the ground floor, no carrying our bags up and down stairs fortunately. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice and spacious. Small balcony was the only reliable spot in the room for WIFI, everywhere else it would drop out or not even connect. Beds, were comfortable and not "short sheeted". The... More

This is a newer hotel, which is out of town. You will enjoy the modern room with a fantastic view of the “Cotton Castle” - one caveat is that you should NOT get a room on the 3rd floor of any of the buildings; they are smaller and have sloped ceilings. The pools are excellent - warm, clean water and... More
