Halim the manager has been incredibly helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and any questions or requests that aren't able to be answered by the friendly staff, he is called over immediately and promptly helps. The rooms have just been renovated and look fantastic. There is a restaurant next to the pool. We didn't have dinner here but the breakfast... More

Our recent stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. Just off of the main strip this hotel offers allot for the price you pay. The manager/owner recently renovated the rooms and they look beautiful. He is also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is surprisingly good and there is a big spread.

This newly renovated hotel was modern, exceptionally clean, and more than reasonably priced. Halim, the proprietor, was courteous, professional, and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. He even made a suggestion for an out of the area attraction which we took advantage of. The food, prepared by Halim's mother was Turkish, while very palatable to our American tastes.... More

Facilities are amazing, fully renovated, everything new, wide room with a very big bead and a very comfortable matress. The view from the hotel is awesome and can be enjoyed from an amazing swimming pool. Restaurant is very good. We tried the breakfast that was included in the room rate and also dinner that was extremely delicious, home made by... More

Spent three nights in this new family-run hotel located a few minutes walking from city center of Pamukkale and 10 minutes from the middle gate access to Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Room was small but tiny and very clean with bathroom/shower included. The owner was very kind and helpful in giving tips and information about visiting Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Great and... More

Our room was on the top floor in the back so our patio had a nice view of the cotton castle. The building had just been renovated and everything was new. Some things were still missing...a couple of light fixtures and exposed wires...wifi box was missing on top floor so signal was weak. But tue rooms however are beautiful and... More

If you want a quiet place, with nice owners, you should stay here. I was not particularly impressed with Pamukkale but being here you should visit the white cotton mountain , as it is called, being the only good place to visit. They serve rich breakfast, and also deliver dinner or lunch on request. The prices are good, you should... More

This hotel has undergone recent renovations and when we stayed the renovations were not quite complete. The roof top terrace was still a construction site, however the downstairs courtyard was very nice to sit in when having dinner and breakfast. The rooms were very spacious and had the most comfortable bed I have had while travelling trough Turkey, there was... More

I was very impressed with this hotel. The room had a nice design, everything was clean, it was quiet, the shower was strong and the breakfast was filling and delicious. My only criticism would be that the curtains are very thin so let all the light in, hence I woke up very early (I am a light sleeper though). I... More

We liked it. + are : cheap price, near location to Pamukkale, yum dinner, quiet place, balconies, English-speaking staff, beautiful rooms, hot water, air-condition, many plugs Minuses are : no shampoo, no slippers, no tv, average wifi, dangerous balcony, bad bed clothes, bad broken doors, hard to find the hotel
