This hotel obviously does not care about it's customers. It isa one nighter for tourists visiting Pamukkale, bus them in and get them out. The room provided to us was in an area of renovations. We had no help with our luggage, shower did not work, the room was small and very uncomfortable. The buffet dinner was not replenished when... more

I stayed only one night (fortunately!) in this hotel, in the August 2009. At the reception, they gave me a room on the 3rd floor, without lifts (!!!!), and when I entered the room I discovered it was already used by someone, cause everything was clear, but there was luggage on the bed and a big quantity of money on... more

Great location! Great food! Offered thermal baths for hotel guests with bath robes laid out for every guest. Not enough electrical outlets in this digital age. Was not able to charge cell phone and camera at the same time. Room's bathroom door need replacement. more

I wasn't sure what to expect when we drove up to the green muli-complex. The lobby was spacious and cozy with a huge fire-pit / chimney right in the middle. Our room was small, tropical-themed, and looked like it hadn't been renovated in decades. Everything was clean but it looked like it needed some serious updates. The bathroom door was... more

Nice looking hotel. Breakfast was usual fair for Turkey. Better than average. Thermal baths were nice, but you have to get use to the uninviting color, but understand, this is the natural color. Got a message which was just OK. Young girl just trying to go through the motions. Again, it was just OK. Price was good. The buffet dinner... more

We stayed in this hotel for one night as part of a tour through Turkey. The room was quiet small, stuffy and looked tired. The hotel has a great swimming pool plus a thermal pool which was great to rest in. Dinner was held outside around the pool and was very good, however the breakfast left a lot to be... more

This aging and charmless hotel is supposed to be a spa hotel, but staying there was not a relaxing experience. The Indonesian (not Turkish!) massages and spa treatments were unreasonably overpriced. The atmosphere in the room was drab and clammy. Noises from the pool and hallways echoed and reverberated inside the room throughout the night waking me several times. The... more

Paper thin walls. Noisy hallways. Offseason so the hallway lights were turned off in sections of the hotel you needed to walk through to get to the mineral pool. Pool neat. Meals OK. I don't recommend. more
