Hotel location is very good. Close to Urgup city and easy to go there. Price is also very good since iI booked in advance and payed a fair price. Staff is very friendly. Not all of them speak English, but no problem at all. Room is an average since they do not offer air conditioning and was very hot during... More

We have been completely satisfied with this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights in July 2014. The rooms are clean and the environment is cozy and calming. The hotel is built in the centre of the town and it offers parking facility, Finally and most important, the staff is extremely helpful and kind and we owe some special thanks to... More

Outside of hotel seems fine and we reserved a room for one night but inside of room seems like build in 70s. Very oldish style corridors, rooms and reception. There is car park and it is advantage for hotel guest. Price is fine but price performance ratios must be evaluated depend on your accommodation purpose. Next time I will try... More

We loved Hotel Akuzun and Ahmet Akuzun, the owner. What a great guy! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy access to Hamam. Food great! Got a free ride to Gomeda Valley for a day hike and great directions and advice for the other places we wanted to go.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. It was an excellent introduction to Turkey. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a very modern bathroom. The hotel is located very close to the heart of town, so everything of note was within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was very good. We chose to have our... More

Good hotel, value for money. We got a big room with a balacony. People were very friendly and helped us arrange all the tours for Cappadocia. Breakfast was nice and home cooked. Walkable distance to near by market and cafes. Overall it was really an amazing staying there.

We spent 4 long nights at this hotel. We were put in a tiny room but it did have a balcony which was it's saving grace. We found the beds really hard, the covers did not fit and pillows were flat and tiny. The lighting at night was really gloomy and they was no ventilation in the bathroom except through... More

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The hotel was run by a very friendly family helping us arranging our trips in the area. The were very friendly and liked a good chat :) The family at the hotel will also help you arrange your trip, before you arrive, if you ask them. Ballooning and a guided trip through... More

Have just spent a week at this hotel. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast and meals good and very substantial. Also a very convenient location opposite the Turkish Baths! One small gripe: better light needed in the bedroom and bathroom. Stayed with a walking group.

I recently stayed at Akuzun Hotels as part of a walking group. It was an excellent week made even more eventful by the wonderful manager and walk leader MUSA, excellent showers which are a bonus at the end of a days walking, good food, lovely atmosphere.
