The hotel need to improve it's cleanliness and more breakfast varieties. I like the free wifi though. Overall I would give Average rating.

Hotel Cappadocia Palace was a great place to stay. The rooms were large and clean. We had a little area out the front with Turkish cushions to laze about if you go in summer, in winter the heater was already on and warm when we got to the room. The bed is tucked into the little cave thing and the... More

Very central "cave" hotel. Rooms large and comfortable, breakfast included but only basic. Close to main street of Cappadocia.

We used hotel as base for exploring Cappadocia...they helped book Ballooning excursion and provided a cozy room and great views of hillside. Musatfa (in photo), was great reception.

The staff is fantistic and always ready to help, the location is walking distance to everything Urgup has to offer. On both occasions I have stayed in the... More

My girlfriends and I stayed here as part of a package from Istanbul. We were not disappointed. They organised transfers from the bus terminal. The service was incredible the whole time. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and accommodating. The bathrooms in the cave rooms are fantastic, huge and so nice after a long day of touring Kapadoya. They... More

Great location, had my best sleep as rooms were very quiet. The cave rooms had their own courtyard, very nice to have a glass of wine in front of your room. Staff very accommodating and helpful, especially Bekir, who did what he could to help us from recommending restaurants to assisting with luggage. Did not get the name of the... More
