I highly recommend staying in Urgup and at the Cappadoccia Palace if you are interested in authentic atmosphere. My teenaged son and I spent a few nights here about 3 years ago (the date noted below is not the actual date...): it remains a memorable and extraordinary visit, with much thanks given directly to the hotel and the wonderfully helpful... I stayed at the Hotel Cappadocia Hotel for one night, I arrived early in the day (after the overnight bus trip from Istanbul) and I found the staff very understanding an helpful in my tired state. The staff know the tour companies and will give them a call to confirm your bookings and also to seek information if the tour... More

I'm a single male traveler on student exchange. This was one of the hotels I stayed in for one night as part of my tour package. I must say that once I took a look at the room, I didn't believe that it was the correct room for me as it had 3 single beds within my room and the... More

To get things started, let me explain who I am. I am a 21 year old solo female traveler. I have been to 14 countries and counting. I have stayed in friends homes, apartments, hotels (3 stars and up), hostels, and B&B's. I was only in Cappadocia for one night and I booked a 2 day tour where this hotel... More

The staff at the desk were wonderful; Bekir and his colleagues really are attentive and helpful. The room was simple but attractive, and very clean (it's not a cave hotel, despite the name). Everything worked fine. The location is right in town, so it's easy to get around by foot for shopping and you are picked up at the hotel... More

Great cave rooms. We loved the Jacuzzi and having breakfast served outside our bedroom on our own porch. Staff were very friendly and helped us with three different tours. The balloon trip was amazing but what could we do after that and it was only seven in the morning. Have another great breakfast to dim the taste of the champagne... More

During our stay, staffs - Bekir,Yusuf, and Yasin was so kind and providing everything we might need.Their sincere smiles might be the most beautiful thing in Turkey! Cappadocia Palace provided great facilities with a reasonable price. Also perfect location for tourists to reach central square.Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the cave room they put us in. Outside the room there was a beautiful courtyard where we spent a lot of time reading and drinking a glass of wine. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay at this hotel if we visit Cappadocia... More

This place was booked for us by our travel agent, The bathroom was way too small and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, the rooms had no air conditioning and perhaps adequate in the cooler months, felt stuffy in the middle of summer. On the plus side the staff were friendly and the breakfast reasonably good.
