Supposedly a 5 star hotel, more like a 3.5. The room include a kettle with no water, after purchasing water and filling the kettle I found there were no tea bags. On enquiring at reception I was told I could purchase a tea bag for 10 TL ( just over $5 ). I declined. Typical of their service and pricing... More

This hotel was an unique experience for me,but looking at other reviews of local hotels,it is normal for this area. The hotel felt it was part of the landscape. From the balcony you had panoramic view especially good in early morning of balloons. There was a lovely comfortable chair near the window where you could access internet. On the negative side, the pool... More

We were with a tour group the rooms were terrible they smelt like cigarettes or mold, poor bathrooms, worst hotel rooms in Turkey. On a positive side the food was great plenty of choice for breakfast. Try the Turish baths quite an experience.

My escorted travel group and I stayed here for 2 nights. Here are the positives and the negatives from my perspective. Positives: The hotel is set in a lovely location. It's landscaping and views can be quite beautiful! The buffet dinners are large and plentiful; the wine list is likewise fairly extensive (offering various local wines) and are reasonably priced.... For starters, there isn't much to do in Cappadocia at night. The Burcu Kaya was my home for two nights so I made the most of its facilities. The dining area is quite awesome with its 360 degree view of the true Cappadocia landscape. It has a great pool and the buffet dinners and breakfasts were very nice. The room... More

I stayed at Burcu Kaya Hotel on the 3rd June 2015. The rooms are away from the reception and if it rains, it really becomes a problem. No english speaking staff and to converse or ask for something is a major problem. Rooms are basic and old. Everyone there seems to want to make an extra buck on the side.... More

We stayed three nights as part of a small group(13) the room was small but clean, the WIFI would not connect in our room and was very poor in the lobby. The courtyard garden was overgrown and the pool did not look clean, there had been rain.We arrived back at 5pm and our rooms had not been cleaned ,we just got some... Very nice hotel. There is a huge variety of food for dinner and breakfast. There is only internet in the lobby because the walls are made with concrete which makes it difficult to make the internet go everywhere . Totally suggest this hotel.

My friend and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel in May of 2015 as part of a tour group. This hotel is quite large and seems to cater to lots of tour groups. Pros: ■ The hotel has some distinctive Turkish architecture that makes it quite unique and appealing. However, the poor layout of the hotel makes finding your... More

I stayed in one of the 100 number rooms. It was quite noisy, as it was located near the main thoroughfare and the fountain (which tended to run most of the night). It wasn't really a cave, as the interior was squarely carved out to look like a standard room and it also had a large window. Having read some... More
