A hotel in need of updating but clean and comfortable. Our room was a reasonable size. We stayed here for three nights whilst visiting the Cappadocia region and was an ideal base. The breakfasts were plentiful and adequate and the evening meals, although there was not a great deal of choice, we could always find somethjng we enjoyed. We stayed... More

A tourıst trıp ın October brought me to the hotel Mustafa. It turned out to be the best hotel we vısıted ın Turkıa. Good food, frıendly staff and wonderful massage at the hamam. Cappadocıa whetted the appetıte. The good hospıtalıty gave curage to come here, wıth a frıend, wıth the hotel as a base. Hıgh standard of the rooms, food... More

This is not just an old fashioned hotel, but also a rather old hotel that has lost none of its charm, much thanks to its friendly, warm and service minded staff. The rooms are warm and welcoming and some has a view towards the hill with its cave hotels (which of course would offer a more interesting accommodation). The rooms... More

the hotel is an antique hotel, with old fashion furniture. Curiously in the corridor it has a picture of Christ being carried. I didnt find the reason of this picture. The rooms are old fashioned. The curtains dont avoid the sunlight entering in the morning. So you have to get up early. Our room 262 had a view towards where... More

They are modernizing the hotel, so expect a mix: antique elevators; comfortable lobby furniture; reasonable rooms; poor WiFi. I am not sure if I would qualify it as the advertised 4 stars. The big complaint is the staff in the restaurant. They have excellent, freshly-baked pizza and cheese bread at dinner, but the kitchen staff keep pre-empting the guests and... More

This is a lovely property. Our room was very comfortable and good size. We appreciated some things we don't find at other properties , I.e. Superb lighting by the beds for reading, a lounging couch, a light in the counter area, an open trash can. There was even adequate room for our group of 8 to play games and do... More

Mustafa Hotel Urgup Although it is stated that Otel Mustafa is a four or five star hotel in the country grading it is certainly no better than a three star hotel compared with elsewhere. With minus 12 degrees c. outside it was delightful to go into a warm environment. The bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate at best, not over large... More

We arrived after a long journey from Antalia by coach and made our way to the room. It was adequate. Carpets could do with replacing, had to ask for more pillows as the ones supplied were thin. No problem with that and pillows arrived quickly. Hotel is a little way from the center of Urgup and is a typical steel... More

What a lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet although some of the food seemed a bit of an unusual breakfast choice. The evening buffet was also extremely good with more than enough options for everyone except the most fussy eaters. I found it rather strange that if you wanted coffee to follow your meal... More
