Cosy and beautiful hotel with a friendly staff. Food was simple but well cooked and tasty. The big hall allows for the interaction with other guests. The location is very interesting, specially for a night walk around the village and some photography.

What a lovely hotel. We stayed there 3 nights as part of the tour. it's built of stone and its very cosy and comfortable. The room was a bit small but its, after all, a cave hotel The bar area was very comfortable with a log fire and the decor most attractive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent... This was a delightful hotel with rooms set in the style of caves. Our double room was lovely, but a bit small, what else would you expect from a cave. The whole building was authentic and very welcoming; log fire in the bar area and cave rooms for the dining area. The food was ok, not great, we had breakfast... More

We stayed at Hotel Surban as part of our tour. The room was nice and clean, but a bit on the small side for parents and one child. The atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly. WIFI was a bit on the slow side. All in all a nice boutique hotel with a unique construction.

A very well kept place to stay, nice rooms and public areas, very clean, quiet and peaceful. Location is also very good, within 10 minutes walking to the downtown center, next to the fine Ziggy restaurant and next to a nice winery as well (-: Loved this place. Hotel stuff is also very nice, speaking English and doing their best... More

I was traveling alone to Cappadocia and booked this room last minute. They were happy to pick me up from the airport and as soon as we arrived around 11:30pm, I stepped out of the van and was greeted by the owner Halil. He greeted me by name, set me up with the room, and was happy to set up... More

The Hotel is excellent. The rooms with their white sheets and plush bedding are clean. The buffet is well served with quality. Silent. Perfect choice. The Hotel manager has sympathy and let the guests pretty comfortable.

We stayed in Surban for only 1 night. It was really good place for 10 bikers. Everything was perfect starting from welcome drinks. There was enough space for our bicycles. The rooms were clean and cool enough even in summer time. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The owners themselves were hosting us and were really helpful to find the... More

My wife and I (we're both 61, both having done lots of world travel in our 39 years together) had a superb experience at the Hotel Surban. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Great room. Great food. The hotel owners found us an excellent guide for a daylong visit to numerous fascinating sites in Cappadocia.
