I visited Cappadocia after a Mediterranean cruise on the Seabourn Odyssey cruise began in Athens and ended in Istanbul. It is an easy inexpensive flight to Kayseri or Nevsehir with Turkish Air who I might add did a great job on 1.3 hour flight.
