We were a little worried about staying in Ortahisar instead of Goreme, but I am so glad we chose this hotel. The tourists in Goreme (and many Cappadocian sights) are overwhelming, but this hotel is refreshingly tour group free. The hotel is beautiful, the view is amazing, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Free... More

I just returned from Cappadocia after 5 nights at the Hezen Cave Hotel. What a charming and pittoresque place with a splendid view and an amazing architecture. It's a bit away from the crowd (which is a favour) and you need transport to the spots (which is easy to organise), but it's worth it. Thank you for the warm welcome... More

We have recently returned to Sydney after 2 nights at this excellent hotel. The hotel is charming and particular, with real attention to detail and quality. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and decorated beautifully. I truly can't say enough good things, I am so delighted we discovered this gem... More

My 22 year old daughter and I stayed at the Hazen Hotel for 3 nights, it was a treat for my daughter who had Graduated this summer. We had the most amazing experience from the minute we arrived, the staff are the most Polite and friendly I have ever come across in a hotel, nothing was too much trouble. A... More

I have been meaning to write this since we stayed in June. My son graduated High School and we decided to take a pretty sudden trip to Turkey (his choice). 4 nights total in Istanbul and 3 nights here. Per my son, he wishes we had dropped a couple of nights in Istanbul and In Orthisar at Hezen another night... More

We only had one night to spend here, unfortunately. I could have spent days lounging on the gorgeous terraces, reading a book and watching the hot air balloons. The rooms are spectacular. Spacious, interesting, comfortable. And there is something about taking a shower and the smell of the wet stone all around you that is indescribably primitive and sensational. This... More

This Cave hotel is a bit farther from the crowds but very much worth coming here. The service has been outstanding. We had a car but they've offered to drive us to places around the area. All their recommendations have been very helpful & we loved all the places. There's even self laundry service, if one doesn't mind waiting, one... More

We had 3 different types of rooms, each has it own charm! We stayed in room 8 for the 1st night, it is a standard room, nice but too warm to sleep in as there are no Aircon or fan in this room, especially after you take a shower the vapour in the air cannot get out & it gets... More

Everything about this place is, well, perfect. The staff go out of their way to accommodate you (I'm writing this sitting with a glass of wine under an incredibly comfortable outdoor seating area looking over one of the most interesting views I've ever seen (it's actually commonly used as a film set) that has been delivered to me by a... Look no further. This hotel is value for money and more. The setting sweeps you off your feet on arrival. The entire experience and authenticity of the cave like accommodation in Cappadocia is wonderful. I can't speak more highly of the service and willingness of all the staff from management to the guys that serve you fresh orange juice every... More
