The poor air conditioning made the stay unbereable while we were on a tour. Even after someone was called and came up, the unit pumped out a tiny bit of cool(er) air, but nothing even close to help cool a room. Even a fan would have been better. We would have opened the windows, but there were no screens and... more

My teenage son and I were very happy withthis hotel. Of all the hotels we stayed at in Turkey, this one had the fastest, most hassle free complementry internet we encountered. The bar in the downstairs lobby was very well furnished and they had happy hours each evening. Everyone on our tour group got together for drinks each evening and... more

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. All guests can dine-in for all meals as part of the room-rate. Meals feature traditional Turkish/Mediterranean fare buffet style. Masseuse and work-out room on premises. I found the Turkish custom of charging a stiff price for any liquid in a container odd. The hotel is located near Nevashir, a gateway city to the wonders... more

This place is good enough for a couple nights. The rooms are clean and quiet, as are the bathrooms. I found the hotel staff in the lobby to be very helpful. There are two computers with free internet access in the lobby and the hotel restaurant's food is good. There's a club in the hotel and I saw some locals... more

Cappadocia is a brilliant destination but this hotel will bring you crashing back to reality in no time. Well away from any local centres of interest, it is sited on a moderately busy road and has an outlook to bare hills. With all the ambience of a Russian apartment building, its 3 elevators are each barely capable of carrying up... more

Our tour Bilsen travels booked this hotel for us ( which I tell you never to go through, they were horrible and no help). The hotel was average at best and was so far away from things that we had nothing to do after our tour was over. The food was terrible, which they tell you is free (dinner). Then... more

This hotel is average-- rooms were pretty clean and spacious, but a/c was terrible. Decent location in Neveshir, but not smack in the middle of the action of Cappadocia (a minus in my book). You won't have a terrible experience here, but if one is to truly experience Cappadocia, might want to say closer to the caves or in a... more

We stayed at this hotel last year. In my opinion, the hotel is not a five star hotel. In my opinion, this hotel is between tree and four stars. Transport is needed to move because the hotel is isolated. the best think is the meal, the buffet is very good and have a great variety. more

We stayed with a group of 25 dialysis patients during the second half of September. The management was very unfriendly and the drinks were way too expensive!! All bags were checked at the entrance and all drinks bought outside the hotel were taken away by the hotel management. No one of the group had ever expererienced this before!!!! more
