Nice gracious rooms with enough space to keep luggage as well as a sit out. Baths are a good size, and clean with fresh towels provided on both days. They have the facility of a Turkish Bath as well, costs around 35 U S Dollars for about an hour and half. There are shops situated just around the corner if... More

Fairly basic. No ramp for suitcases, of course (every hotel in the world, please note) and nobody around on arrival. Twin beds were not very big, and lovely view of derelict site opposite. Staff a bit surly, and when you go to pay your bar bill there is the usual attempt to fleece you for a bit extra. They don't... More

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of an RDS tour. Twin beds rather than a double were disappointing and the room was somewhat cramped, but it and the bathroom were clean. Our experience was nothing like that of the reviewer from Highclere. Staff were friendly and smiling, the food was quite acceptable for a mid-range hotel (lovely omelettte for... More

We visited this depressing place as part of a RSD tour of the area. We were forced to stay here for 3 nights and brought to mind a Eastern Bloc Hotel from the 1950's. The whole place is stuck in a time warp and it is filthy. We arrived in the evening after a long day travelling from Antalya, and... More

The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk manager Mr. Ramazan was very helpful and very kind. The hotel is located in the city center. Walking distance to everything. Shopping center, mall, bus station, …. Room was big. Bathroom clean. Shower not very comfortable. I would have preferred the telephone type. Wi fi in bedrooms poor.

Three nights stay. Room was adequate but looked like not cleaned properly. Breakfast and dinner was repetitive but you could almost always sure to like some dishes. The lobby has free Wi-Fi which was good but reception in the room was terrible. Reception staff were very friendly and helpfulIt is a good base to visit Cappadocia sites which were really... More

Stayed here late November/early December as part of a RSD Travel tour. Depressing decor in rooms and dining room although the bar area was slightly more cheerful. Room overlooked stret and was exceedingly noisy from traffic and adjoining rooms. The bed was terrible, rock hard and the linen seemed not to have been rinsed as was stiff and irritating. I... More

This hotel was used as one of the stopovers on a bus tour I took with friends last week. Considering the price we paid for the whole trip it was good, not outstanding. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the food was good. The distances to the various sites such as Goreme were not far. If one walked out... More

We had three nights here and found it reasonably comfortable. Our room was a reasonable size and the bathroom was OK. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful and spoke good English, the hotel had free wifi and there was a safe in the room (no extra charge). The bar was pleasant, but the food was only average and all... More

This was unfortunately a two night stop on a tour of Turkey. The first night room smelled intolerably of cleaning products, room fresheners and fabric softener. I like those odors in moderation but this was intolerable. They gave us another room the second night which was bad but not quite so. I took the pillowcase off the pillow and wrapped... More
