Hotel staff is really helpful, just ask them if you need help with planning your schedule, finding places to go, where to eat, where to taste wine, etc...Mustafa is your guy. I stayed at this hotel, and I cannot give it more than 1 star. The room itself was clean and ok, though, the problem was that the heating system didn't work properly. The shower was luke warm water. Our stay in Cappadocia was wonderful! We stayed at the Guven Cave Hotel and ended up extending our stay, we enjoyed ourselves so much.
