My husband daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Kelebek where we stayed for 6 nights. Our accomodation in Turkey was arranged through the Turkish Heritage Travel who were fantastic and organised everything without a hitch. A very big thank you to Serap who was our contact. The Kelebek is in a fantastic location, with a high position which... more

Just got back from our trip and thought I would write a quick review. We had two rooms for the three of us. My boys had cave room 10 which was very spacious and nice. I had room one. Yes, it is right next to the stairs, but I honestly was not awakened at all from noise. I did keep... more

This was the second hotel in Cappadokia, I was on a 7 day horse riding trip and we spent 3 days in Urgup first. This hotel seemed to be under construction, my room was lovely 309 (although the shower is a bit annoying) but other people had rooms that were very dark and dusty (cement was flying from the renovations.)... more

My wife, daughter and I had an absolutely marvellous experience at the Kelebek where we stayed for 3 nights. Our Turkey itinerary was arranged through the Turkish Heritage Travel. I must say we were most impressed by the professionalism of this agency. My main contact, Serap, simply responded so quickly to my emails, arranged everything without fuss, that when it... more

All the section's good evaluations regarding this place are correct. A traditional setting which doesn't sound false, as it often happens in many cunning hotels. Look at the old fashioned open-air sofas and their view on the valley. Try how comfortable can be a room carved in the rock (but we also tried - with pleasure - a multi-window extralarge... more

Goreme is a really friendly little town in a gorgeous setting. Serap and her staff embody this. They are delightful, helpful and very laid back. The hotel is very resonably priced with excellant facilities (including the MOST comfortable beds in Turkey!) and in the best position overlooking the valleys but still just a short stroll to town. Their guide was... more

We stayed in the boutique bit, with a huge room, sitting room, ensuite (which all worked) and an old door with a huge key, as mentioned in some other reviews. Room 103, I think ours was, the Stable Room, partly cave room which I liked, but my wife found slightly claustrophobic - all very comfortable and yes, it is up... more

We stayed at Kelebek Pension, rooms 4 and 9. Room 4 is in totally in the cave, has a partial view of Goreme. The room is very basic and has the smallest bathroom I've ever seen. The sheets and towels were clean, but the cover on the bed was so dirty with stains on it. It was a busy period... more

My sister and I decided to stay at this hotel overnight, after a quick change of travel plans. The room was charming, and the staff even more so. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We had to leave early in the morning for a drive to the airport in Kayseri. When we told the manager we'd be leaving... more

We had reservation for a suite at Kelebek cave hotel in Goreme. The atmosphere at Kelebek is friendly and cheerful with young people speaking fluent English, with a nice and cozy reception room, a splendid terrace for dining as well as for relaxion, soothing music, free computer service and a friendly young team of Cappadocia guides. Kelebek hotel has its... more
