We found thıs hotel through our travel book and choose ıt based on Trıp advısor revıews. We love famıly run boutıque hotels. Thıs met all our expectatıons. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was very good: ıncludes fresh juice and fruıt & turkısh omlette. The famıly pıcked us up from Kayserı: we had taken the 21 hour traın rıde from... more

After a shady St. Petersburg winter we decided to get a glimpse of Turkish sunshine, we were told that the ocean was still cold so we decided to have our retreat in the mystical Cappadocia... I never believed in fairy tales, but after visiting Cappadocia, I changed my mind. Mr. Halis was exceptionally helpful and accommodating to all of our... more

The Goreme House is a pleasant, somewhat rambling hotel conveniently located on the edge of town. Our room was spacious and attractive and there was a great view from the public balcony outside the door. Breakfast on the rooftop was outstanding and the views fantastic. Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful. So you're probably wondering why I've... more

Halis, the manager was so accommodating starting with complementary pick-up at the Nevsehir Airport. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The bathroom had an excellent tub/shower. To start the morning, just step outside your room for a glorious view of hillside caves and hot air balloons. Proceed to the upper balcony room for freshly brewed coffee and fresh squeezed orange... more

I stayed at Goreme house for one night in May and had an excellent experience. I was actually recommended this hotel by my friend who had been here two years ago and now I appreciate her a lot. The hotel is really clean and neat and the owner and his family who run the hotel are extremely kind and hospitable.... more

We found it to be conveniently located, nicely decorated, polite and professional staff - and most import - clean, well maintained and really comfortable beds in the rooms! Staff was very helpful, and went... more

A major disappointment. Room was tiny, my wife and I could barely move around. Moldy, noisy, staff was unfriendly. more

We were not at all disappointed with our stay In Goreme, even if the weather let us down! All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful making the stay very pleasurable. We stayed in Room 301, Pasabag which was very comfortable with a very comfy bed and seating area. The bathroom had a great power shower too and the... more

Even before we arrived Hallis helped us out with a few queries and everyone was helpful once we got there. The room was quaint and comfortable, but as a "cave style" room the door to the bathroom was quite low and we banged our heads a few times. Tea and coffee equipment is provided as well as one free bottle... more
