We loved staying in this hotel, our "cave" room a historic Ottoman room with the fun of our very own haman (Turkish bath) in our bathroom, which also had a great shower. Very clean hotel, owners very helpful with hiking maps and information. They use historic artifacts and art throughout, period bed and armoire, a very attractive environment, and located... More

Thanks to Suleyman and family for the stay in November 2013. Enjoyed two nights at the Travel Inn Cave hotel on my third trip to Goreme. Recommend this hotel for its cave room experience. Rooms are large, beautifully decorated, great bathrooms to enjoy and loved the room names which are after semi precious stones. The view from the dining room... More

Went to the Travel Inn Cave Hotel with a larger group of study abroad students and stayed in one of the larger rooms. They also had numerous smaller rooms for couples or smaller groups. The place was very clean and cozy. They kept the cave warm when there were below freezing temperatures outside and it was a very cool experience... More

well done!!!! I stay 3 nights early of September 2013 and was really fantastic! Location was perfect.very quiet, no noise. The view from my room was special, especially early morning for seeing the balloons fly above gerome. Mr Suleyman and his son Mehmet (the owners) were really verry friendly and couldn't give us enough. I feel like my home! I... More

I don't know where to start it was so lovely. A few of us stayed for a family birthday. I was in room 6 (can't remember what precious stone it was called) and my aunt (who's birthday it was) had the top room with roof terrace. My room was beautiful and really did keep all the wonderful features of the... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during a recent tour. Goreme itself is an amazing, interesting place with lots to see. But this hotel left a lot. to be desired. Since it's a cave hotel, there were no windows in our room. However, it was extremely hot and there were no fans. The room was not cleaned, until... More

This small hotel up the hill in Goreme is like no place I have ever stayed. With that said, if you are visiting this area you have to stay in a cave hotel. Why wouldn't you? But understand there is a down side to these rooms. They are DARK. They are ODD. They are QUIRKY. Our room did have a... More

We stayed in this hotel while on a small group tour. Of the four rooms occupied by the group, only one had a window. The lighting in our room was not adequate to compensate for the lack of daylight, and was quite moldy. All the people in our group had stuffy heads and scratchy throats while staying here. On the...
