This hotel was amazing. Beautiful, clean, nice bathrooms, authentic cave rooms (there are stone cut rooms for slightly less money as well) and AMAZING STAFF!!! Kamal went above and beyond any service I've ever had! I would recommend to everyone!

The owner of this hotel, Kamal, was the most gracious host of our trip. We arrived early before our room was available. He put us in a reception area to nap and brought us a tray of breakfast that we were too tired to collect ourselves. He drove us to his favourite lookout and made all of our tour and... More

An extremely well run property centrally located - easy access to basically everything within the town. It is not really a cave but built from stone with the architecture making it look as though it has been carved from stone. Our room was large & well furnished & the bathroom had a lovely long shelf (a must in Hotel rooms)... More

The girl on reception was so helpful and charming, a great asset. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and atmospheric with its stone walls and vaulted ceilings. The furnishings show flair. The spa in the bathroom was perfect for luxuriating in after a hard day taking in the sites. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from, you can sit... More

Right in the middle of 'town' this is a very well. Run hotel with very large rooms and Hugh bathrooms. Not actually in a cave but has a wonderful feel with lots of stone work that gives you that cavelike feel with all mod cons.. Comfortable bed with room to unpack your suitcases instead of them being on the floor was... More

We loved our stay in Goreme among the amazing formations of Cappadocia, and this hotel made the whole experience totally delightful. Beautiful stone architecture completely in keeping with the unique landscape. Our room was like a small romanesque temple with stone arches above our bed and over the spa in the bathroom. No air conditioning, but although the three days... More

The rooms were excellent, clean and stylish and the bathroom was classic. The only thing missing was windows in the room overlooking the scenery and to get some fresh cool air in the room. There is no AC in the rooms as in most hotels in Goreme but its hardly required as it gets cooler in the evening. Breakfast was... More

I stayed at the Stone Cave Hotel late May 2014. It is a family run hotel and the brothers and staff who run the hotel couldn't have been friendlier, more gracious and accommodating. I didn't stay in a "cave" room but had a large well appointed room on the first level overlooking the courtyard and next to a beautiful terrace... More
