This is a cave hotel so this is different from your normal run of the mill hotel. Staff friendly although at times could have been more helpful, Breakfast some mornings good other times not so good. My complaint is that its damp, clothes felt damp after hanging in the wardrobe for a couple of days. Not a place to stay... More

I went to Goreme for a few days escape after a full week of suffocating business conferences in Istanbul and Ankara. I walked straightly to this hotel from the bus station in town without any booking in advance because I used to stay there for quite a few nights and became very familiar with the location. It looked quite different... More

If you enjoy staying in a supposed luxury 4 star ( €75 and up a night) hotel with a rubbish dump to greet you at the entrance, a washing line with hotel staff's clothes drying as your view, piles of junk and furniture lying everywhere, a damp room that stinks with shabby furniture and no decorative appeal and a beaten... One of the best cave hotel in Cappadocia, had a wonderful experience staying here, the owners Mr. Ramazan & Mr. Tayfur are excellent hosts and look after each and every guest personally. Beautifully located and splendid view from all the cave rooms of the hotel. All rooms even base category are excellent and have a Jacuzzi in all rooms. centrally... More

A staff member drove to the information centre and picked 4 of us up in his Jaguar. Much to our protestations that all our luggage would not fit in his car he insisted "no problem" and shoved it in anyway and we drove to the hotel with our luggage precariously arranged in the boot of the car. All got there... More

I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is excellent, just 100 metres from the edge of the tourist strip - turn left after the mosque. Admittedly it's a steep hill if you're not too mobile but for us it just made the walk more enjoyable. I read the review of heating problems with interest as we found... More

My husband and I traveled to Goreme last year to stay in Spelunca Hotel due to references from several Chinese frugal travelers on Qyer. Our goal was to look for a cave hotel with a good view of Goreme, homey, and good rates during off-season. As a rule of thumb of traveling in most countries, we inquired with the Qyer... More

Reception and parking services were amateurish, heating was not operational eventhough we warned services several times, at last we gave up with the flu. This 'luxury' hotel have expensive rates for the services they provide. 4 star hotel in better location cost %50 less! So for good memeories and a warm bed in lovely göreme stay away from this kind... More

though the location of this hotel was the best in Goreme, and the area was quite big, the management has not taken advantage of the same. we stayed for 2 nights in the first week of october 2014. The man at the reception was just trying to impress us for the sake of tips, but not giving any service. Our... More
