Reception and parking services were amateurish, heating was not operational eventhough we warned services several times, at last we gave up with the flu. This 'luxury' hotel have expensive rates for the services they provide. 4 star hotel in better location cost %50 less! So for good memeories and a warm bed in lovely göreme stay away from this kind... More

though the location of this hotel was the best in Goreme, and the area was quite big, the management has not taken advantage of the same. we stayed for 2 nights in the first week of october 2014. The man at the reception was just trying to impress us for the sake of tips, but not giving any service. Our... More

We chose this hotel because the room supposedly had balcony and tea/coffee maker. However, when we checked in the room did not have a lot of amenities listed such as balcony, tea/coffee maker and safe deposit box. We went to the reception and asked to change our room, but he told us, very rudely, that this is the room we... More

The cave hotel was basic but clean and the towels where changed daily.I didn't have a wardrobe but plenty of coat hooks.Breakfast was very comprehensive with plenty to choose from and not restricted to quantity.A bit of a climb from the town centre but easy enough. The staff where very helpful.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived very early on the first morning and were collected from the bus station and given breakfast on arrival. They prepared our room as quick as possible as they knew we had taken an overnight bus and were tired. The room was lovely and clean. No complaints. Service was great and we found... More

We got a very hot room, aircon not working (and it was extremely hot); bed was old, hard, and had half a wooden plank under the mattress, which made the mattress fall towards the floor. No cupboard, only one old bedside table , dirty, etc. Service was bad and they don't speak any English.

I arrived late on a cool rainy evening in June. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was comfortably warm. The owner of hotel was pleasant, welcoming but spoke little English. I had booked through a Turkish Agency and paid for the hotel (in full) in advance ... assuming that was the best idea during their busy season. The one... More

Despite the fact that I travel really a lot, this was undoubtedly the most upsetting experience and the most dreadful treatment I have ever received by a hotel. I booked 2 months ahead this room through Hsotelbookers, as I was travelling with my boyfirend and we were looking forward to trying a romantic cave room. I also accepted to pay... More
