Despite people working here are not helpfull and unfriendly (they barely speak english) we had a good time. The room is superb but it is what we wanted (a cave). The problem came after the vacation, when i was already home and realize that i was robbed. The hotel took all the money from my credit card. I payed by... More

We are a hotel serving 10 years. We do not accept such an accusation. Our guests were unrealistic in a statement. Do certainty the guest's card itself is made with the knowledge I would. Some tours have purchased appeal to pay the bank has found expensive. and because of this objection he has to pay back my own bank. A... More

We arrived at the hostel and our room was not ready after we were promised it would be, so we had to leave our bags in the reception all day while we did a tour and had nowhere to shower after arriving from a 12-hour overnight bus. When we were checked into our room later, the staff watched us carry... More

It's located at the top of the hill, this easy to locate. Also, within an easy Walking distance to attractions like the Goreme Open Air Museum, the inter-city bus stop and central Goreme with many restaurants nearby. You get a beautiful view of the unique Cappdocian landscape because this hotel is located high up and is built right into the... More

Excellent view of Cappadocia. The rooms are nice and heated and the breakfast is ok. Cappadocia is one of the best place and this hotel is just perfect for those who are on budget trip. I recommend this hotel.

It's a authentic cave hotel. One of the rooms had a smelled that smelled like "sewerage" that we had to close the bathroom door all the time. The room was all right but the surroundings are not well-maintained.There's free coffee/tea the whole day.Limited choices at breakfast but enough to fill stomach. Location was excellent..few minutes walk to Goreme town which is very... More

There's always a balance of good and bad. The cost of staying in an actual cave hotel makes the experience worth it. On the other hand, the Manager and Staff couldn't have been more unfriendly and just plain unhappy. The room itself was adequate---after all, it's a cave. :) There was plenty of heat and the water was hot. Breakfast... More

Goreme in all is really amazing, just as it appears in all balloon trip publicities, but with the hotels, be careful. I checked different ones throug an important web and finally decided for this average place, because the photo was suggesting! Well, it`s not totally untrue, because we were lucky with the weather, and also we had not too many... More

Room 14, where we (one adult and two teenagers) accommodated for three nights, was decent enough. Fresh room, clean sheets, towels, and blankets, mattresses in good conditions, correctly functioning sink, shower and toilet. WiFi, although broadcasting and visible, didn't work for us none of the four days we stayed there. However, staff was kind enough to give us alternatives such... More

If you do not want to destroy your travelling mood, remember the name of one traveling agent "Hard Rock" in Istanbul and the name of a hotel "Lalezar" in Goreme. UNRELIABLE, UNFRIENDLY, UNHELPFUL AND LIED ALL THE TIME!! I will tell my story in an objective way and welcome any challenge from the traveling agent and the hotel. I booked... More
