Located on a little upslope together with several other cave hotels, Aydinli Cave Hotel is a cosy family run outfit with big hotel chain standards. From the attentive staff to the well equipped shower rooms available at the common area, the hotel is sensitive to the needs of their guests and strives to provide personalized service to each guest. Very hospital staff that made us feel right at home. Neat, comfortable cave rooms with cool decor. Stunning view from the hilltop breakfast room. Homemade food that was delicious (try the molasses if there is some available!). They also provide great recommendations for tours (hot air balloon) and other sites and entertainment. We would love to return here some day.

We stayed at this beautiful cave hotel for three nights from 4th to 7th June 2015 and this family run hotel looked after us really well. Mr Mustafa Demirci personally took us to Goreme Open Air Museum and Irfan - his nephew took us to Uchisar Castle when weather in Goreme was unsuitable. The warm hospitality from arrival, to travelling... More

My wife and I stayed here for several days. A great combination of top notch service and warm, familial atmosphere. Stunning views during delicious breakfast. Charming accomodations. Mustafa and family were extremely helpful in arranging transportation and tours. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed there for the last 3 nights. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were given the best attention. When we arrived we were given detailed information on what our schedule was , what we would be doing on our booked tours, where to eat etc. All recommendations were spot on including hot air balloon ride,... Stayed at this cave hotel for three nights and have no regrets...from the airport shuttles to the getting around , everything was made simple by the lovely family that owns the hotel...the rooms are spacious and tastefully done...the location is perfect, just a two minute walk from the main centre filled with lovely shops and cafe...would definitely recommend !

It is a family run hotel, and everyone we interacted with at the hotel were very kind and super helpful, we had a memorable stay. All their recommendations were spot on. Thank you Mr.Mustafa and Family. Varma P

The entire staff is most welcoming, gracious, ready to give advice and drive you to your destination, and completely accommodating, like new-found family. Our suite was a 700 year-old cave home, very comfortable with all amenities, including a recess to crush grapes! The view is stunning morning-to-night from the various terraces. We explored the entire Cappadocia region on foot, balloon,... More

We chose this property off the internet. Welcome and checkin process friendly and seamless. We paid our full stay, 3 nights up front (more on that later). We booked a cave suite and we enjoyed the extra space. 3 rooms - bed, dressing and bath - and lots of historic Nic naks around the room. Breakfast served on the roof... More
