This boutique hotel is located in the heart of the city. The building is very old and historic and therefore does not provide the best amenities. That said, the staff were helpful, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast sufficient. There are not many hotels in the area; we would certainly stay here again. The location, alone makes it a good... This is a special gem. It’s a converted mansion, 100 years old. We had the “sultan suite” for 4, it’s got 3 small but amazing rooms on 3 levels. They have decorated in period to match the style of the house. Outside they have a large and charming garden with a fountain and tables to sit. All of this is... More

Located in a convenient location close to cafés and restaurants as well as the local transport hub, this quaint little hotel offers cosy rooms at reasonable rates. Housed in a historical building with a lovely courtyard, and coupled with the warm staff, it gives an unforgettable homely feel that makes one long to return.

I guess it depends what you have paid, but the room was not great value. It is in an ok position about 200m maybe from the ferry, and it does have a nice back garden, but the wifi was patchy, the beds not overly comfortable (and lacking bedding like blankets/sheets) and the bathroom had mould. Didn't see any Turkish delight... More

We have travelled extensively and this is the worst hotel we have experienced except for a small B and B in England in 1985. The room was small basic with no amenities . We asked for an ungrade and was told be the manager the price on the board displayed was in Erous not Turkish Lira which his junior stag... More

Impeccable service, awesome buffet breakfast, beautiful historic building with modern fixtures, high ceilings, quiet for sleeping, reasonable price. The buildings were built for the Greek governor over a century ago, and they are being nicely kept up. The hotel is one short block from the waterfront, in the middle of town. My room was cool during the warm afternoon and... More

We stayed there for two nigths in a family room with my parents. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. They did everything to make our stay a pleasent one. Lovely hotel with great furnishings and homey feel. Our room had nice lounge area downstairs with bedroom upstairs. Only problem was centrally controlled heating - very cold when we got there and then got hot during night. Heating on AC unit didn't work. Also shower in bathroom was very cramped for anyone of average height. Great location near shops and... More
