No way is this a 4 star hotel. We were supposed to stay overnight as part of a Gallipoli and Troy tour. The first room we were given was on the same side as the Hangover bar so we asked to move to a quiet room. We were moved to the opposite side of the hotel and then went straight... More

Four stars should not misguide you. The hotel corresponds to two or one stars and location as a compensation for inconvenience due to loud noise from the night club and surroundings, horrible smell from nearest cafe:((( My choise was my mistake!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights . The room was very good. Nice view of Dardanelles and bonus of a balcony. The upper rooms seem to have been decorated recently and have been done very nicely. The hotel is very close to downtown area and the port for ferry crossing. Now the problems. The service is just OK. The... More

Good location on waterfront Room very basic but comfortable for overnight Apart from reception, hotel very shabby and dirty Wifi intermittent, only worked in room Our stay included dinner and breakfast which were both below average. Poor selection and "Juice" was actually cordial mix Most disappointing was poor service. Unfriendly, no smiles, reluctant to even acknowledge you Would not stay... More

Moldy bathroom with hair in bathtub, air conditioner not working, creepy hallway foyer, and lousy service. Could not move us to another room Or make change for a 100 lira. I would rank this a 2 star hotel in my book. Filthy and outdated.

Well I have to start this review with the fact that we were upgraded to a suite when we checked in. What a room, on the corner with 2 balconies offering views across the water at the Gallipoli Peninsula or the promenade. Walking distance to a great selection of restaurants and cafes. The hotel is clean with great service, I... More

We stayed here one night as part of a Gate 1 tour. We were assigned to room#1105, which was nicely updated but faced a blank wall, just a foot or two from our window. Others in our group had water views, but many couples were assigned to twin rooms instead of doubles. We had a twin, but otherwise were happy... More

We had been booked in here some months ago by our Turkish tour operator, and after having read some of the TripAdvisor reviews, were a bit apprehensive. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience! Admittedly there was some building work going on including a pole into our balcony, but not really intrusive. Great location; breakfast very good;... More

Although is a prime position on the esplanade our stay here was disappointing. Our room was in a section of the hotel that was due for renovation and as such was old and dilapidated with the first floor we were staying on looking more like a building site and detached from the rest of the hotel. The downstairs bar and... More

Very pleased with this stay. Rooftop restaurant has great views of the corniche. Just a stones throw outside the front door is the Trojan Horse donated by the movie makers of "Troy". 4 blocks west is the main shopping street with American fast food available. WiFi strong and available in the room. Air conditioning so so.
