We had a great experience here. It's a nice, clean, intimate family owned pension. They're friendly and helpful and provide a good breakfast to start the day. The location is perfect - just steps away from the ferry to Gallipoli and the heart of Canakkale, a thriving student town. Yet it's off the main drag so is nice and quiet.... More

Yellow Rose was cheap and cheerful. We were in a twin room which had plenty of space and a private bathroom. The owner was lovely and helped organise a tour for us. Breakfast was typical turkish and ready at 7:30ish. Our room didnt have aircon and the wifi struggled to reach our room but the common area/dining area is spacious... More

For its location in the centre of Canakkale it is surprisingly peaceful, there is hardly any traffic and I couldnt hear any noise from nearby clubs or restaurants. There is ample parking if you have a motorcycle. The rooms are quite cramped but the bedding is comfortable. The attached bathroom is massive, large enough to hose down a horse and... More

Room cheap and cheerful, great if your a backpacker. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Poor breakfast compared to other places we stayed in Turkey. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Located in the heart of Canakkake but in a quiet backstreet.

One if the few accommodations in Turkey with a proper double bed. A private bathroom was excellent too. Friendy staff and great location, sadly it felt like we were the only people there. An excellent base to explore Cannakkale sights as well as the Gallipoli Peninsula.

This may well have been wonderful at some stage, but it is just a sad place now, with very few people staying there. The turtles in the tiny enclosure in the garden are indicative of the place... Bora (spelling?), the guy on the desk, was very helpful... but the place itself was sad. Bunged up basin, no security in dorm... More

I stayed here for two nights while visiting Gallipoli Peninsula and Troy. It was in an ideal location, just a minute or two from the ferry port where the buses from Istanbul drop you off. My room was clean and although the bed was small, it was comfortable. The standard Turkish breakfast (bread, tomato, cucumber, cheese, honey, coffee/tea) was included... More

We stayed one night only and could not wait to get out of the place. it was overpriced and dirty. The shower was broken, no screen on the windows meant mosquitoes all night and the place was dirty. The owner was friendly enough is a commercial way.
