I wonder whether all the good reviews from travellers are about the same hotel. A 4-Star hotel it is definitely not. Run down, bad room maintenance/housekeeping, poor service. Breakfast is basic. Nevertheless, the Manager is quite helpful and tried his best. I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travellers. more

I stayed at The Kervansaray Bursa hotel for two nights and it is hardly “something to write home about”. The hotel is located in a center area of Bursa, offering basic facilities with decent but unpleasantly decorated rooms. The meals are good. It is by no means a four stars hotel. more

No, I don't agree with Walkinglady at all. Our room was lovely, & a door opened out ont a big courtyard, with lovely potplants & steps leading to the upper levels. There is a lovely view of greenery from the outdoor warm pool. Perhaps our expectations were not high, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. more

jus got back from the kervansaray, it was great.excellent food.good choive of drinks and alchol. had great food round the pools.lots of activities for youngsters and adults around the pool.have entertainment all day and night til 11pm.at 11pm if you want you can go to bar street free of charge on a bus or coach with the entertainers. al the... more

I stayed at the Kervansaray in Bursa and found they had a wonderful Turkish Bath with Massage also available. I loved the hot bath and the massage was so relaxing. This was just one on the many Hotels I stayed at while in Turkey, and found it to be clean comforable, with friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it. more
