This hotel harkens back to another era of luxury. The beds are nice and the rooms are appointed with decor that is more 70's and 80's. The pool is nice as well as the baths. The grounds are a bit overgrown. The food in the dated restaurant is authentic, but very heavy. We took a walk above the hotel and... More

Like a ghost town, service very poor. Was supposed to get fruit platter on arrival, that didn't happen, when queried, language barrier appeared to be a problem...... just shrugged shoulders like no idea what you are talking about. We were only ones in restaurant for lunch, bar was in darkness, then waiter argued over the menu & basically said the... More

The best part of our trip to Turkey, was this one night stay in this place. Reception girl was super professional, and gave us the chance to check in before 2PM, (We arrived like at 12:00). The neighborhood is quiet, the hotel room faced like a small forest, (we liked it a lot) We went to the Hamman for families,... More

Lovely. Rooms were good - clean, with small balcony, spacious, tea/coffee facility. This hotel isn't called thermal for nothing! If you have time, you should try the Turkish bath n scrub - in the original surroundings. It's lovely! Was advised by our Tour Guide that if you want to try a Turkish bath in Turkey, then this is the place... More

We were on tour and got to stay here and were very pleased with everything about the hotel. The buffet dinner was included in our tour and it was amazing with choices of so many things to choose from. You will definitely find something to your liking. Or room was really nice and the Wi-Fi worked great. Very pleased

After a flight from Trabzon to Sabiha International Airport and then a long drive and a ferry to reach Bursa, we arrived late and were tired. Unfortunately, that night it was a "Hanna night" if I remembered correctly which was simply like a concert with very loud music that we could not sleep. I talked to the receptionist about it... Stayed one night as part of a Trafalgar Tour. Room was clean and comfortable. Was able to access wifi, yay! We had our own dining room which was a lovely change from jostling with the hundreds of others on tours. Food was pretty good, enjoyed the best breakfast in a week with the made to order omlette, absolutely delicious. Hotel... More

We stayed only one night with a tour group. Apart from the Turkish bath and spa, this is an unremarkable establishment in need of a spruce up. Our room was comfortable but the ill fitting bed linen was grey - not the dazzling white as shown in the brochure. There was no barman to mix cocktails. In fact, there was... More

Room was booked as a double but what you get is two singles pushed together. This would be ok except you then cant access any power points in the room. they are all covered by the bed. Difficult to run a sleep apnea machine. Reception sent staff to pull out bed, plug into wall, then replace bed! Rooms smelt of... More

We stayed at this hotel overnight as part of a bus trip and the stay was brief. Hotel is nice. Buffet food was a bit above average. I think the hotel is a short (say 12TL) taxi ride to the central markets. The hotel has a thermal pool and also a traditional Turkish Bath. Hotel staff are friendly and speak... More
