We stayed only one night with a tour group. Apart from the Turkish bath and spa, this is an unremarkable establishment in need of a spruce up. Our room was comfortable but the ill fitting bed linen was grey - not the dazzling white as shown in the brochure. There was no barman to mix cocktails. In fact, there was... More

Room was booked as a double but what you get is two singles pushed together. This would be ok except you then cant access any power points in the room. they are all covered by the bed. Difficult to run a sleep apnea machine. Reception sent staff to pull out bed, plug into wall, then replace bed! Rooms smelt of... More

We stayed at this hotel overnight as part of a bus trip and the stay was brief. Hotel is nice. Buffet food was a bit above average. I think the hotel is a short (say 12TL) taxi ride to the central markets. The hotel has a thermal pool and also a traditional Turkish Bath. Hotel staff are friendly and speak... More

Just 2 days in Bursa and had such a great experience. We just had breakfast as we only paid for it. So I dont know exactly anything about lunch and dinner menu. Our room was quite and bathroom was clean. You will feel rested yourself . If you wish they have a separate bath for couples and families. So you... More

Staff don't speak English which makes any communication near on impossible Much waiting for key items like towels, beds and water for Turkish bath Very quiet hotel with dated decor Confusion over prices VERY hard beds (floor would have been more comfortable) Not suitable for mobility issues as some uneven floors and no easy access into thermal pool Turkish bath... We only stayed here one night and were able to enjoy the Turkish Bath which was amazing value for money! 40tl (about 20USD) paid for a scrub and massage. It was fantastic and the bath was beautiful!! The hotel itself was nice, however the bed in our suite was just way to hard for any type of good sleep. We... More

We stay in March 2014 and I still remember that they have amazing Turkish bath area. Unfortunately they also shared this facility with local citizen that I think only use the Turkish bath as their regular activities. They are owning the room by bring their own music and beverages. The room is not so big, but everything is neat and... More

The facility was interesting; multiple leves of dated luxury. Natural spa waters in the swimming pools, saunas and turkish baths. Breakfast was also really good, almost at odds with the remainder of the experience. Poor value for money. Aside from sitting in the turkish bath, everything else was at an extra cost (including the massage and scrubbing typical part of... More

We had just the one night and no time to use the thermal pool. The facilities are excellent. The dinner and breakfast buffets were very good. The lobby bar was a bit of a challenge. We wanted a pre-dinner drink about 600, but there was no one around until I asked at the front desk, and a waiter was called.... More

I stayed here one night and loved it. The hotel had so much polished marble and so much elegance. The desk people spoke English. The hotel provides a free pass to the Hammam, but it was a little difficult. No one at the hammam spoke English. It turns out the heated baths are free but you pay $20 for the... More
