We stay in March 2014 and I still remember that they have amazing Turkish bath area. Unfortunately they also shared this facility with local citizen that I think only use the Turkish bath as their regular activities. They are owning the room by bring their own music and beverages. The room is not so big, but everything is neat and... More

The facility was interesting; multiple leves of dated luxury. Natural spa waters in the swimming pools, saunas and turkish baths. Breakfast was also really good, almost at odds with the remainder of the experience. Poor value for money. Aside from sitting in the turkish bath, everything else was at an extra cost (including the massage and scrubbing typical part of... More

We had just the one night and no time to use the thermal pool. The facilities are excellent. The dinner and breakfast buffets were very good. The lobby bar was a bit of a challenge. We wanted a pre-dinner drink about 600, but there was no one around until I asked at the front desk, and a waiter was called.... More

I stayed here one night and loved it. The hotel had so much polished marble and so much elegance. The desk people spoke English. The hotel provides a free pass to the Hammam, but it was a little difficult. No one at the hammam spoke English. It turns out the heated baths are free but you pay $20 for the... More

Although a bit far from downtown the location is very quiet, charming and ottoman. I would love to explore the surroundings but it was raining a lot. Nice rooms and lobby. The true problem here is the staff:almost no one speaks English at all and this is a very bad note for a 4 stars hotel in the third city... More

Great place Bursa wonderful shopping and atmosphere. This hotel is bit out of the way but is a lovely old building and the Turkish baths are beautiful. Quite a nice room with small balcony could have been cleaner hand prints on windows and litter on the balcony. Quite noisey too as it looked out over public pool, loud music most... More

This hotel is very original in its architecture and "stands out from the crowd". We stayed one night and found the room to be very comfortable, with a small balcony as well as table and chairs and tea/coffee making facilities. Due to time constraints we didn't use the pool or Turkish bath, however, they were available.

The room was large and well equipped with a balcony. Wi-Fi worked well, The Hotel is an oasis of calm insulating you from Bursa. The food was good but the restaurant lacked any atmosphere due to a lack of custom. The choice of music was bizarre - Doris Day, Bill Halley and Dreaming of a White Christmas. Something to talk...
