Good enough hotel and facilities, food was ok but I wouldn't give 5 star more 3 1/2 or 4. the worst aspect of our stay was the rude staff and poor service worst staff I've experienced otherwise would have been a good holiday.

We stayed two nights as part of our RSD Travel Tour. This is an average 3/4 star hotel that caters for some 500 people staying on very short visits out of season extremely well. As usual in Turkey you may find a kettle ( as in this hotel) but no tea/coffee. The only thing that drove me nearly mad was... More

The rooms in this hotel are not all the same. In our case, we finally ended up on the top floor facing the causeway and overlooking the pool, where the room entrance and bathroom room lead to a sunken bed/bedroom with a queen bed. For us not an issue, though for someone who imbibed a little to much, it could... More

This hotel is beautiful and opulent and in a stunning setting with beautifully maintained grounds. In a practically empty hotel, my room view was really disappointing, see photos. The pool was unused and dirty and all the shops, pool bar etc were all closed. End of the season and rather sad. Service was good and food was great - no... More

This hotel is used by tour operators so guests mainly stay for a very short time. Staff appeared to make no effort to be helpful or pleasant. We were given a room right at the back of the hotel, on the main street that was noisy and busy, so we couldn't open the window. We tried the air-con but it... More

The staff of this hotel has no idea about how to treat a client. Few of them speaks English. Very slow lift. Small rooms (some with dangerous stairs inside, not appropriate for elderly people). Buffet is worst. The pool was ok buy in general this place is forgettable.

The Halicarnassus Park is in a great location. The view from our room was great. However, the service at the hotel was awful. The A/C in our room did not work and Turkey is hot in June. I first called the from desk when I realized it was not cooling. They said they would send someone. They did not. I... More

Everything about the hotel was good except for the service which was practically non existent. I can hardly blame the workers as I think that this sort of atmosphere amongst the staff must only come from inadequate management. A pity.

It is a large hotel and mostly used by tour-ompanies. We stayed one night on our way from Istanbul to Kusadasi. I think most people arrive in the evening and leave next morning. We saw at least 10 tourbuses parked outside and met people of many nationalities. At this time it is before touristseason starts, so the pool was empty... More

We were on a budget tour and this was one of our overnight stop. When we arrived, it was dark so we couldn't tell how the hotel was. Room was OK with a pink bathroom. Dinner and breakfast at the huge dining room was decent with many selections. We were pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking views of the surrounding areas... More
