This might be my dream Boutique Hotel, lovely rooms, pleasant lobby by the backyard, excellent breakfast (everything, including the jams - as in plural - are made in there) with local tastes very friendly and respectful staff. It was such a peaceful stay for me (and my husband). The location was perfect (I recommend you to use the street at... More

We have stayed at Eolya konukevi for four nights, and had great, relaxing time in there. Cleanest, and nicest ever I must say. Ayfer hanim prepares a very good breakfast everyday with local tastes, and you can smell Erinc Hanim's pastries when you enter to the breakfast venue which is a very good start to a beautiful day :) Rooms... I chose Eolya because it seemed like a good price-quality match overall, had great reviews and had the traditional Greek house style I was looking for. After my stay, I can comfortably say they deserve the compliments. It is very centrally located in between the traditional houses and Ayvalık center. It is also within a minute walk to the shuttle... I stayed at Eolya guesthouse for 2 nights late April. I found the place restful and the host great in providing needed information to get there or visit the area. She even took the time and effort to make sure i get to the airport with the most optimal way. The room was clean and tidy. The whole place is... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in the Purple Room in which many things were, indeed, purple! The room was spacious with an enclosed balcony. There was air conditioning and a compact toilet and shower unit. Breakfast, served 'til 11am was in a tiny courtyard, quite delightful! Erinçe and her daughter looked after us well, including checking out an onward... More

This lovely little place is close to everything, and yet quiet and private at the same time. Eolya Guesthouse is a beautifully renovated 100+ year old building, that has been tastefully remodeled by the owner, Erinc. She could not be more helpful or hospitable, and went out of her way to make us feel at home. Each morning, we were... More

We stayed only for one night, the owner and her little daughter were very friendly. Very cosy place, the rooms are quite small, very cleverly designed to include a bath:) very authentic and conveniently located.

We have just returned from a one WEEK stay at Eolya Konukevi and rate it as one of our top Turkish B&B experiences. EVEN better, in some ways, than pricey Alacati. You DO feel as though you have the privilege of being a houseguest in the home of a kind woman with her darling daughter! The renovation could be straight... More

New hotel, very clean, with tasteful decoration, homemade and fresh breakfast with local tastes that varies daily. The hostesses mother and daughter...really polite and helpful. Although surprised at first when asked to take off my shoes i quickly catched up the Turkish culture and it's habit that preserves the home deeply clean! Cozy place with lovely small boutique rooms where... More
