Whatever describes this countryside place the best, our stay was a treat! The staff was wonderful especially with a 4 year old girl that recognized them from the year before. Several guests had been here before and knew what to expect. The gardens are beautiful with many settings to relax. The swimming pool has also a large shallow area for... More

My wife and I recently spent two nights at Bakkhos. The rooms are a bit funky but more than adequate. Don't stay here if you want a television or even radio. With its off the road and out in the country location, the grounds are beautiful and offer many places to relax. The staff is great and the food is... More

thank you!for your contribution Yes, Bakkhos gets a lot of travellers, the most important reason for that is ofcourse Ephesus , some of our guests are coming just for 1night, and feel sorry after that! There are more beautiful places to visit in the area, like Priene, Miletos Didyma Claros Bafa Lake etc . And instead of staying in noisy... More

A great discovery in the farmlands, and only 10 minutes to Kusadasi. - so if you don't want to stay in the noise, hustle and bustle of Kusadasi, this is the place. If you want to chill out and not travel, the gardens are extensive, filled with hammocks and easy chairs in all sorts of nooks and crannies around the... More

Thank you very much Yes it is correct, Bakkhos is close to Kusadasi, a nice but busy town/beach resort , but yet close to the interesting culturel sites of Ephese , Priene and lot more. It is the grean area here behind Kusadasi where Bakkhos is located, green hills, olive trees, vineyards among unspoilt villages and our Kirazli road leads... More

We have just returned from our first visit to Turkey, and have been absolutely bowled over by Bakkhos. The pictures on the website looked good, but the reality was amazing, I have never stayed anywhere so beautiful. We arrived tired after an overnight flight to a friendly welcome form Manuela and her staff, and offered lunch in our room, and from... More

This review is long overdue, but we loved our stay at Bakkhos so much we vowed to still review it! We went on our honeymoon to Turkey in April, and ended our trip at Bakkhos. When we mentioned it was our honeymoon, the owner gave us one of the biggest suites for the same price as a standard room! Manuela... More

One word to describe this place? Paradise....We absolutely loved this quaint, charming hotel. It was hard to get to by car from the airport but trust me, it was worth it. I travelled here with my partner, his sister and his 75 year old mother. We were welcomed with open arms the minute we parked the car in the driveway.... More

Yes, the dogs.... we have dogs ourselves here, but they are inside at night, one is outside, old lady, and only barking when somebody would come close tou our house at night. But unfortunatley Turkey has street-dogs too much or dogs from neighbouring farm-houses, in the field, who have no "free life" like ours and sometimes, some nights, they can... More

What a find is Bakkhos Guesthouse. We originally booked for 2 nights and stayed 3. Easy access to all the main sights and when you've worn yourself out you... More

It is always feeling so good when guests meet other guests here with the same goal in live , to have nice conversations on the table or in the garden.
