Initially the hotel reception is lovely nice furnishings and view to pool. After travelling we waited one hour for our room checked in a 2pm. We was given no information about inclusive times, but discovered the pool bar was closed. We made our way with our luggage a buggie & car seat and 6 month old baby down three flights of... More

Hotel scala nuova More like hotel scabby nuova We stayed here for 2 weeks all inclusive in the middle of October. I wish we didn't bother as we ate out everynight as the food was horrendous! Breakfast was a choice of bread, salad (which they claim to be Turkish breakfast) boild eggs and two bland cereal choices. Dinner is a... More

AVOID AVOID AVOID ..... Hotel has changed hands since 2014 and has gone downhill lift not working in our block after first day dark stairwells which are dangerous kids as staff very limited English speakers food choice poor for all inclusive they ran out of vodka one night and Diet Coke another no entertainment went out most nights which defeats... The food here was terrible. Rice everyday. Two options for evening meal. No food marked what the dishes was. my partner is allergic to fish. Bread taste of cigarettes beer glasses taste the same. Never been to a snack bar that never serves snacks. And yes this is an all inclusive hotel. Lift not working. Lighting on the stairs not... More

If you plan to have a nice holiday in Kusadasi then avoid this hotel. The only positive is the location with a bus stop outside where, for 2 Turkish Lira, the bus will take you into the town in less than 5mins. I'll start on the food quality, it was cold, flavourless and consisted of either processed ham, thin sausages,... More

Arrived in turkey all excited. Then as the bus trip got further and further up this hill we finally got there. Lovely reception. But then the room! Was told by the lady it was one of the best rooms... Not exactly! View was lovely cant fault that. But then the shower door was hanging off the rails.. There was a... More

Don't go there! Kusadasi is lovely but this Hotel is awful. We have been to Turkey ten times and do not expect 5Star but this hotel was very poor. Great location and spacious rooms but very poor food and awful hygiene. I injured myself on slippery steps by pool where there are no grip tapes. Management don't care about customers.... More

Dirty rooms come with free dead bugs. Foods also sucks, we stayed one night, we couldn't even take a shower because of the lack of hot water. Waste of space in all meanings, STAY AWAY and go sleep outside, believe me will be so much better and comfy!!

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For an all inclusive hotel all I ate were crisps I purchased in the shop accross the road. To say the food was bad doesn't even come close to describing it. Would rate it lower if I could! Only one bar and I would swear the alcohol was watered down.... More
