We have just returned from this hotel in Turkey. What a great location. Ten mins walk from town and fifteen mins walk from ladies beach. Close enough to enjoy what kusadasi has to offer in the evenings but enough distance to be quiet too. Season not quite up and running but that's how we like it. Excellent staff, especially Adnan... Me and my husband originally were meant to stay here but because the travel company messed up we couldn't. Hotel looked clean but the main part of the review is for the staff and how amazing they were. They helped with our situation but letting us use there phone and internet! The drove us personally to our new hotel and... More

Well, I actually didn't stay in the hotel but only used theri spa services. Hotel is in the beatiful location with nioce view. There is hamami in the basement of it and I went there to try it out. Prices seemed to be very acceptable. One of the staff invited me in and showed me the menu of services. I... More

We stayed in this hotel in late september. Our room was nice but the friends we were with was not. The rooms were changed the next day so they were happy in the end. The swimming pool is nice but the surrounding area is run down. The hotel can be made beautiful but needs work inside and out. The food... More

We have been to kusadasi a few times so can judge hotels, this one we considered the worst. Our 'room' was dark, 'furniture' that looked like it had been pulled out of a skip. Screws sticking out headboard, curtains hanging off which would not close , ground floor etc, .and all round dirty pool area. Once we told staff we... More

We used the hotel as a base for visiting Ephesus and Pamukkale. The location was good but a bit of a walk to reach the restaurants etc. The exterior of the hotel has lots of character but the rooms are a bit shabby and the furniture could do with a revamp. We didn't eat any meals there but it seemed... More

We were recommended the spa in this hotel by a guy in the Tourist Information Office across from the Port entrance. I will not waste your time by detailing our experience but will just tell you it is a complete RIP-OFF. Do not be tempted under any circumstances to pay these guys even 1 euro. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. Only... More

Altin Saray is a very pittoresk and quiet hotel. Unfortunately the rooms we had were somewhat outdated and needed refurbishment. We stayed for two days - our rooms were not cleaned. Staff is very friendly. They served a nice breakfast and provided for a nice dinner. The pool was OK, but the surroundings were rather dirty with umbrellas loaded with... More

Me and my husband went to this hotel for my 42nd birthday, which was great going away to somewhere very warm and extremely friendly from the not soo warm UK. If I had to sum up this beautiful authentic Ottoman Hotel, it would honestly be Shabby - Chic. It difinately has character and is very good value for money. We... More

Beautiful hotel with a feel of a hotel from times past. I could not help but think of Agatha Christie novels and Hercule poirot. Lovely rooms large and spacious with all mod cons. Our room had two balconies and a four poster bed. Rooms cleaned properly, and food on the terrace was good. I would stay here again without hesitation.... More
