Beautiful location overlooking the ocean. Not the summer period so decking etc not finished yet. Nice buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Nice sized room but little bathroom. About 10-15mibs walk into the town centre. Would recommend it.

I am usually not a package tour person but since it was a great offer i thought we might as well just try it - and it was absolutely great. Sure, some parts of the hotel have seen better days but thats only in the hallways, our room was kinda small but definitely big enough, it takes a while till... More

I booked this hotel through Bookings. Com for myself. A friend decided to join me. They wanted a 42 or 45 euro supplement which is outrageous. The only thing different is one additional breakfast which we are willing to pay. After showing some unhappiness, the discounted the supplement charge to 35+ euro which was still too much. At other hotels,... More

Great view from the rooms, overlooks the ocean. Rooms are good sized and clean. 10-15 min Walk to the main street and you pass a supermarket on the way. Food is pretty good too. Gym is small, don't think many people use it as equipment is pretty tired. But overall a good stay.

I stayed at the Charisma Hotel during one night that I spent in Kusadasi. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is nice. It was quiet during my stay, possibly due to it being the low season. The rooms are nice. My room had a direct 180 degree view over the ocean – lovely. I could have cast a fishing rod... More

This is probably the luxurious hotel amongst all that we visited during our family tour. Booked and handled by our tour guide. Upon arrival we were served with a beverage during our check-in - very nice gesture since we were tired. The lounge was an amazing view of the sea. There was an indoor playground - which is great for... More

We stayed one night here in April. The check in process was painful. The front desk staff was snooty and were laughing at us. I let it pass as we were extremely tired and thirsty after traveling all day. Unfortunately I had to go back and interact with the lobby staff because the internet was not working and they were... Stayed at the Charisma hotel over the holidays. Great location, beautiful setting, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. We had a balcony/sea view overlooking the Agean Sea. Gorgeous. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants too. The area must be amazing in the warmer weather seasons! Go out back to watch the gorgeous sunset. Beautiful infinity pool too!

This hotel was booked by our tour agency for the Cappadocia-Ephesus-Istanbul tour, and from the hotels we went to, this was the only disappointing hotel. 1. Check in - this is a 2 building - and reception will say go to the left. And?? No one sends to our room. 2. A five star but no complimentary water, no kettle,... More

My wife and I spent two nights here while visiting Ephesis. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by staff, then headed for our room overlooking the Aegean Sea and the pool. The bed was comfortable, the drapes darkened the room so sleep was sound. We walked to a market nearer town to buy soft drinks and miscellaneous items which we... More
