The location is perfect - close to shops, transport and resturants. The staff are helpful but only if it benefit them so if they are offering you transport - dinner - tour deals - double check the cost before agreeing as it may be cheaper to look elsewhere. Also, ask them to quote the cost in lira not in euro. more

Sezgin's rooms are great value for money. Mine was spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the pool. It's location is central but on a quiet street, perfect if you want to go to the restaurants and bars of Kusadasi town in the evening.
