I will only comment on this RULE that they impose on you by signs: If you bring food/drink from outside into the hotel, they will charge you for it. What kind of a dictatorship is this? Hotel is not 4 star quality, staff are rude except the lovely cleaning lady and one gentleman at reception. No entertainment at night for residents, nobody speaks english and this includes staff and guests. Food looked ok but too many fly's around the food for me to touch it. Never again... Must have had its best times ages ago... Furniture, walls and doors require urgent refurbishment. The attitude of the service staff really needs serious adjustment. Price vs. quality is out of range. Can't promote the hotel at all, not even for one night. Lots of chinese and japanese travel groups turned it into a noisy place.
