The room have a fridge with tea and coffee supplied .The rooms are spacious clean and in some rooms they have sofas .It is in easy reach to the town centre .The hotel is situated half way up on a sloping hill. I would not recommend it if your disabled or have problems walking ,but taxis are cheap

Having stayed here three years ago, we have always wanted to come back. This is rare because we enjoy seeing new places and so going somewhere a second time means it is special. What Villa Konak is is a lovely quiet place to relax and unwind. It's less than 5 minutes from the town centre yet you could believe you... More

On our return to Kusadasi we wanted to try out some of the other town hotels.....but the lure of the Villa Konak and the friendliness and atmosphere was one we couldn't resist ! Some improvements to the pool area has enhanced the experience and the 5pm Tea Party is a great way to break the ice and make friends with... More

Depending where you alight and coming from, I walk a pretty long distance because vans are too big to drive into the alley. I did my booking through a local agency in Turkey (First Travel Turkey) so i'm not sure what room package I was given. However the room I was given was really very spacious. It had a mini... More

Everything in the hotel was done with great attention, from the rooms to the yard. Food was great; pool was small but quite clean, and the comfortable public spaces both offered unlimited places to sit outside and encouraged socialization with other guests without intruding on anyone's privacy. Hotel was very quiet, but still a mere 5 minute walk from downtown.

This place is for people who do not enjoy or like large, crowded commercial hotels. It is a boutique hotel with around 16 rooms and beautifully decorated and taken care of. The breakfast is served around the pool area and ever morning some specialties are prepared. It is not one of those standard servings. Fresh yogurt, regional specialties, and of... More

We stayed here in mid-May. When we arrived we opened the door along a narrow, dusty, brick road in the old part of the city, and discovered a beautiful spacious, garden oasis. Our room was quite comfortable and opened to a courtyard where we could read or relax. (Some rooms opened to the swimming pool.) The breakfast was excellent. We... More

We stayed here last week, Having been here before. We didn't think it could improve, but each time we return we cannot believe how wonderfully peaceful and relaxing it is. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are really friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The gardens are amazing and this is a great place to... More

Only the service is so much better. What started out as an 8room backpacker B&B has been added onto by the owners the rambling property has large rooms with bathrooms, gardens, pool, billiard table and the friendliest service. Former public official, Kaya, and his wife preside over a very well run, quiet retreat from this very busy seaside town. Dinner... More
