My boyfriend Kev and I stayed in this gorgeous villa for 2 weeks and just arrived back today. I can't put into words what an amazing holiday we had but I will try. On arrival at 3am we were unsure what we had done as the mini bus crawls its way up a very steep cobbled street. From the outside... more

We came back from two weeks staying at the Villa Konak, and can honestly say we had the best holiday we could wish for. We intended to go for a relaxing holiday, and not to spend too much time seeing the sights, since we both have demanding jobs at home. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly. We were given a... more

Just returned from a weeks holiday at Villa Konak. This property is situated half way up a steep hill, but as the week goes by you get used to it! The road is too narrow for a coach so we were taken by taxi to the door. Our room was quite small there wasn't any drawer space except for a... more

We stayed at the Villa Konak for nine days and had an excellent stay. Our room was large and comfortable and meticulusly maintained. The grounds with three separate open-air gardens and two covered ones were also extremely well maintained. These provided venues to sit privately or socialize with other guests, some of who have been coming to Villa Konak twice... more

We have just spent three weeks touring Turkey and our short stay at the Villa Konak was the best of all of the many different places that we stayed. Coincidentally we met reviewers "Ian and Wendy from Oxford" while we were there and totally endorse their comments. The warmth of the welcome by Kaya and his staff was memorable and... more

We had a great week last year, also during September, and decided to go for a full two weeks this year. This is unusual for us as the "hotel" bit of the holiday is the bit I like least and would generally spend as little time as possible in a hotel. We make an exception for the Villa Konak as... more

The rooms are quite small, but more than adequate. It is situated 100m up the hill from the main drag. If you arive by bus you can get a taxi from the bus station quite easily. the owners invite you for tea and biscuits in their well stocked garden which is nice. The port is 5 mins away. more

We have just returned home after a wonderful holiday in Turkey. Our time at Villa Konak helped make our holiday memorable. The hotel itself is a wonderful oasis of calm and quiet, where you can spend time relaxing away from the manic pursuits of the outside world. The room we stayed in had recently been refurbished to a good standard... more

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Konak. It has a lovely calm atmosphere in what is a very lively town. Beautiful garden, comfortable rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Afternoon tea and cakes is a very civilised way to meet fellow guests. The owner is very keen to get to know his guests and make sure they enjoy their stay..... more

I would have to agree with some of the past comments made. The breakfast is very average. Put out at 8 am, if you come at 9.30 am it is a mess, luke warm food which should be chilled, with dirty chipped cups and plates everywhere. The staff are few and far between - jack of all trades but masters... more
