The rooms are quite small, but more than adequate. It is situated 100m up the hill from the main drag. If you arive by bus you can get a taxi from the bus station quite easily. the owners invite you for tea and biscuits in their well stocked garden which is nice. The port is 5 mins away. more

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Konak. It has a lovely calm atmosphere in what is a very lively town. Beautiful garden, comfortable rooms and friendly and helpful staff. I would have to agree with some of the past comments made. The breakfast is very average. Put out at 8 am, if you come at 9.30 am it is a mess, luke warm food which should be chilled, with dirty chipped cups and plates everywhere.
