Lavista Boutique hotel is a great choice is you are staying in Kusadasi. It is located walking distance just south of the city. It is a family run hotel with a great view and very friendly staff. All the rooms are spacious and have a great view. The pool is beautiful. You can sit by the pool or at the... More

A friend and I traveling with a small group had requested a room with two beds. When we(two women aged 60+)arrived we found that we had one lovely bed and one small low cot. When the front desk were told that we needed two beds they were very rude and told us that what we were given was what they... More

I have to agree with "What a View"! Photos attached. But we were booked into this boutique hotel via Mediterra Holidays. What looked inviting on line exceeded expectations. The La Vista is a beautiful, light decor hotel with light wooden floors and lots of marble. We arrived after a 12 hour tour day and immediately followed by another 12 hour... More

Lavista is a lovely hotel away from the crazy crowds and cruise ship passengers! Our room was good-sized (small bathroom) but lacked lighting in the sitting area. Everything else was comfortable. Lovely breakfasts and dinner overlooking the water was delicious! Note: make sure you have plenty of small bills as getting change from front desk is difficult.

We stayed at LaVista Hotel this month., It was a splendid hotel. Well located near town but away from the crowded downtown. Views were beautiful, especially dining on the terrace. We had one of the larger rooms with a balcony. This gave us a little more room, which was welcome. Rooms are oceanfront, cheerful and spotlessly clean.

A lovely hotel situated up the hill from the main part of town so you avoid the day-trippers coming from the cruise ships. It offers stunning sunsets overlooking the infinity pool and the bay highlighted by the famous castle. We enjoyed the walk into town for dinner, and were glad to be out of the carnival atmosphere of Kusadasi. Breakfast... More

We spent 2 nights at LaVista Hotel. We had come from a 3 night stay in Bodrum and were carrying on for another 3 nights in Cesme /Alacati and then onto Instanbul for 3 nights. We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to Ephesus and Sirence wine village. We had rented a car and were basically driving the Turkish... More

We spent two night in our tour. We were using this as a place to sleep rather than a vacation spot. The location is beautiful, on a hill overlooking the Aegean. Our room was quite large with a sleeping area and a separate sitting area. The kitchen was guite good, both for breakfast and dinner, with lovely outdoor seating. But... More

Good place to stay if you want to avoid the cruise ship scene in Kusadasi. Small-ish hotel, 10-minute walk into town with lovely sea views, fine swimming pool and deck, and comfortable, clean rooms. Average service and mediocre food, but still your best bet in bustling Kusadasi, which is very well-located for a day tour of Ephesus.

About 10-15 mins walk to town. Cosy hotel but bathroom is a bit small though. Enjoy the view of beautiful sunset & Aegean Sea♡ from the balcony or pool. Friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast by the pool side.
