This hotel is walking distance from the Aegean Bay. Hotel itself is very ordinary. Rooms are pokey especially the bathroom. One literally has to sit on the commode to close the door. Great fruit and fresh vegetables served at the buffet, but one has to go early or else dishes are not replenished, and one has to scrape the barrel... More

The hotel was very old and dirty. There was no hot water for the first night of our stay. The food was nice, but everything else was not good at all. The pool was big, but also very dirty. The place lokked like it's not working or was not suppose to work.

I was at Ayma hotel in August 2013 with my girlfriend. It was the worst holiday I have ever experienced. First we payed too much for this hotel. We were told that it is 4 star hotel, but when we went there it was poorer than a 2 star hotel. First when we got in the room, there were two... More

I had an excellent holiday at this hotel. Stayed there a week in Sept. 2013 and was more than surprised at what this hotel, booked as a lst minute budget package had to offer. This is a great hotel for a relaxing, refreshing holiday It had been a 4-star hotel and it showed in many important ways, incl. very tastefully... More

I went to Ayma in August 2012 and it was a strange experience for a week. A hotel is usually rated by the look of the reception and this is just the same. The reception looks dirty with cigarettes on the floor, dust and old furniture. What is worse, only the manager speaks a little of English. All the others... More

This hotel is located 100 meters from the beach with probably the best location.Outside of hotel is a payphone and a supermarket (although you couldn't bring in anything unless you hide it in a bag) and a bus station. The center of Kusadasi is 20 minutes away if you walk and you are in good condition, but if you are not... More

I didn’t expect this hotel would have very high standards, although it is rated 4stars, but I definitely didn’t expect a 1* hotel. Rooms: Starting with check-in, we had to ask for different rooms several times, since the ones they assigned to us were either flooded, with non-working AC or with moldy walls. We had to tip a staff member... More

Ayma hotel is definetly the worst hotel I have ever been into. Dirty, smelly, old, it had it all. The staff was the most stupid and unfriendly I have ever seen and English seemed Japanese to them. On one occasion, we had the pleasure of watching them in full action, as they took all our drinks and food that we... More

HALF BOARD : breakfast is from 8h-10h and dinner is from 20h-21:30h (after 21h all food is gone) breakfast - olives, eggs, disgusting meat, cheese and tomatoes. dinner - salads from leftovers of breakfast, some ugly meat, and be happy if they have made spaghetti (every day its the same food and all the food...
