An update to our last review . We returned in May 2014 and all the rooms have been refurbished to very high standards. ( Main hotel - as we always book a junior suite ) . New water slides in the grounds behind the hotel. Wonderful service and just 100% relaxation from start to end. We will keep going back... More

The Hotel is Very Good. Always plenty of food but you can end up queuing so not always as hot as I would like, but good choice and verity. The room was clean and plenty of storage and larger than I expected however the air conditioning was poor especially when the weather reached mid to late 40's. The Hotel is... More

We stayed here in August beautiful location set in the hills. And there's the problem if you have very young children or someone in your party with an older member of the family. There are a lot of steps to your apartment which are set in the hills. The main hotel seems to be reserved for other nationalities Otherthan English.... More

Family of 5 (3 teenagers). All inclusive. Such a long transit journey to the hotel from Bodum after a night flight. Professional, smart reception.Towel cards supplied. Key Card door entry to the rooms. Safe in room. Colour code wrist band for adults and children (alcohol policing). WiFi is received in the main reception bar area and can be got in... More

We had a fantastic time at the Ephesus Princess. Lots of entertainment throughout the day and night which was great to either view from the sun-lounger or get involved in. Food was good, lots of really healthy options which I really look forward to in the heat. All inclusive drinks were ok but wine isn't great and cocktails are quite... More

We stayed here from the 26th July for 11 nights. There were 5 of us that went, myself, my wife, my 8 yr old daughter, 18 yr old son & his friend. On arriving to the hotel we were placed in a villa about 2 minutes from reception, the room reminded us of a Butlins chalet, it was clean but... More

Stayed 7 nights. Very pleased we stayed here after reading all the good reviews on TA. Apartment was good and quite large, comfortable, serviced daily, clean and well maintained. Bottled water was delivered to it every day to put in the fridge. TV was flat screen and received some English language channels. The free safe in our room was broken... More

Stayed here for 2 weeks from 26 July 2014 and had a great time. The size of the complex is a little overwhelming at first, but it is laid out well. Great for older teenagers with lots to do and an open air disco until 1.30am most nights - however, we found there was a little less to do for... More

This is the first time I have felt the need to write a review after a holiday. There is nothing worse than arriving on a long waited for, much needed, avidly saved for holiday to be so disappointed when you get there. We had booked sea view rooms, we got, as a previous reviewer says, "pontins apartments". We were right... More

Arrived at our rooms which we paid a premium for as a family, only to find out we had actually been given a "Pontins" apartment. Really tatty with paint and wall paper peeling off and the smell of sewage all day! Complained to the hotel and travel company The main hotel was alright and the "refurbished" hotel rooms are fine,... More
