We have been back to this hotel many times. It sits at the top of a mountain where the glass lifts descend down to your floor room levels. Reminds us of a setting that could have been in one of the old Bond movies. Thoroughly recommend this resort. The staff are helpful & friendly. The hotel is fairly secluded and... More

We have stayed at this hotel as a family for two summer holidays. The last being august 2014, This is my all time favourite hotel. The views are amazing, the hotel has something for all ages, and is multi-cultural in its clientel from all over the world. yes there can be que,s for food, and at the bars, but for... More

We stayed in the Ephesus Princess hotel over the Summer of 2014 and would like to make a review for anyone looking to book their summer holiday of 2015. The Princess Ephesus is an average hotel which should be given a 3 star rating at best. We arrived to the hotel in the middle of the night (family of 7... More

I would start by praising the use, in the Thomas Cook Brochure, of PHOTOSHOP because what they printed did not match what was on the ground or what we received. We where a party of 9 (ages ranging from 60 to 10 years old, 8 adults (3 of them teenagers 16 and under) and 1 child (10 years old) in... More

We chose this hotel because, for the money, it seemed to have everything we wanted - All Inclusive, plenty of restaurant choices, good location all at a reasonable price. It was significantly cheaper than our last all inclusive venture in Turkey. Check-in was ok although the rooms weren't ready so there was a bit of hanging around. The rooms themselves... More

I had read some reviews and thought that the Wasp problem could not be as bad as people said,it was. Also there is a massive Fly problem especially in the lobby bar area, they drive you mad.I had one of the Bungalow rooms which was quite close to the main Hotel and the steps were not a problem for me,although I am... There was no table service, you had to get your own drinks when you were having lunch/dinner, the food was cold and some of it felt like it was reheated and put out, the fish was hard to chew. The best place to eat was the beach snack bar, at least food was cooked in front of you, but it... More

Just returned from a 1 weeks stay at this hotel. We stayed in one of the hotels villas which per all other reviews was not very good. When we asked at reception about paying for an upgrade we where dismissed on 3 occasions. We gave up in the end and where extremely unhappy with lack of customer service at reception.... More

I do not understand why people have enjoyed staying at this hotel. The private bungalows are full of damp and mould. There are also no plug sockets in the bungalows. The bed is also rock solid. There so many steps and no ramps to use. The food is disgusting and looks like slop. There is nothing available for children. There... More

Never been on package before so don't really have anything to compare with, but was pleased with our accommodation. We had a "villa" up on the hill behind the main hotel, basically 1bed apartments in blocks of 10 or so. Pleasant enough view with air con, "mini bar" (modest stock of 1.5 I water and three or four fizzy pop).... More
